Everything is fantastic.

The counter and reception staff were very thoughtful, helping us with our luggage despite being busy. The service was exceptionally attentive! On the day of check-in, it was raining heavily, so we decided to arrive at the hotel earlier than planned. The hotel staff generously allowed us to store our luggage in the room and even lent us umbrellas. Since it was Thursday, the hotel felt quite peaceful, but later we discovered that there were many guests staying, making it a very high-quality experience! The breakfast was truly meticulous and delicious, unforgettable~ Even until check-out, the counter staff knew we were Taiwanese travelers and spoke to us in Chinese, which was very friendly. I will definitely come back to stay here next time!"

The hotel location is great, really near to the city center. The staff is super helpful. Highly recommended the massages! They also sell SIM cards at a very competitive price.

The hotel is located to many restaurants, cafes, beer street,… in the Old Quarter. Our Deluxe Double Room is clean and tidy with internal window. Breakfast is buffet with Vietnamese & international dish. I booked a Halong Bay 2 days 1 night tour and Ninh Binh day tour with them and that’s amazing, good price and best deal. Besides of that, after booked 2 days tour with them, they gave me a free one way airport transfer and 50% discount for our massages. I don’t know how many times I have to say thanks with their staff. They do very well their job, friendly, helpful.

The connecting room is really interesting. Two separate rooms actually, one with king bed for us and one with twin singles for the kids. Both are linked by a common area that can be locked from inside, so as good as a 2 room accommodation :) The hotel is well located with many food options nearby and the lake is just a few junctions away, come down, turn left and walk all the way straight. The counter staff are also very helpful and friendly. Be sure to ask as much questions before you leave the hotel because few can speak English once you are out on the streets.

Everything was good

Good location. Excellent staff, extremely friendly and very polite. Also very close to the lake. Value for money. Rooms are bigger than other hotel I stayed earlier. Staff, especially Ms. Zoey, Mr. Bruce and Ms.Bonie are very helpful and attend to your requests immediately.
