Slightly mouldy & not a very nice shower (no pressure & cold).

Central so was easy to get about. Very kind staff and were helpful - were able to do our laundry too. Spacious room and great balcony. We did have a private room.

The place and bathroom quite dirty and one of the staff, once there were an issue during the night( the door of the Only toilet was locked from inside) and the night shift guy, didn't care at all and kept sleeping after two times I tried to get his help. But the other staff people were nice

The hostel is in downtown, so the position was great and the price was very fair

Bit run down but you get what you pay for!

Very basic but does the job. Perfect if you need a base to visit Hanoi. Beds were clean and surrounded by the old town with loads of places to eat and drink.

The place is just very run down but it does reflect the really affordable price. For one night, after arriving quite late, I thought this was okay.

Location is great and super central to that area of Hanoi. I liked being super close to Old Quarter where most back packing tourists hang around.

Concierge tried to rip us off when we upgraded room, tried to charge us full price even though we agreed on the booking.com price. bathrooms are very average and the whole place has a feeling about it that it’s going to fall apart, also the staff in the lobby were talking till late at night and my brother couldn’t get to sleep because of it. There were also no blankets and we asked if we could have one, but the language barrier was too much even with google translate

They list that there is a “bathtub” in the bathroom, but there is not. The room was so small that we asked to move to a different room, and initially they tried to charge us more than what was listed on booking.com for the upgraded room. Even in the bigger room there was no natural light.

It does not look like the pictures. Our first room was very dirty, small, and hatches instead of actual windows. Not that I wanted to look outside, the view was just some dirty wall. Ants everywhere. I complained, and after some disussion we got an upgrade for 100.000,- dong. The next room was with a bigger room, a little cleaner, and a balcony. The ceiling had mold, but at that point we just wanted to go to sleep. I wish the best for the staff, but I will not be coming back here.

Just a run down hotel in desperate need for renovation. I didnt stay in the dorm rooms but took a private room which had a comfortable bed but was an extremely damp room.
