It was a great accommodation and a great location for our first time in Hanoi! What made it much better was the staff, Mai and her team were very nice. She helped me and my family out a lot - even beyond our stay. It made our stay much more memorable. Save yourself the trouble and book this spot, the location is perfect so close to the city. the hotel is a bit old and need some maintenance, bathroom could use some renovation, the photos doesn't really match reality.

Hotel's location is perfect, walking distance to everything and the staffs are very friendly and responsive they even helped us with booking daily tours that was cheaper then other sources.

All the front desk staff were fantastic and incredibly friendly and helpful. Excellent location and walkable to lots of popular places. Very safe property. Absolutely no street noise heard from the windowless rooms. Housekeeping with towels replaced every day. Room was opposite the lift so you can hear it when it operates but not an issue for me and the kids slept fine. Just bring earplugs if you need absolute silence to sleep. Small, old property but very clean. Booked a room with two beds and was surprised with an upgrade to one with three beds. Would 100% return. Thank you team.

Breakfast was a bit moderate but overall fine.

Lovely stay, spacious room with comfy beds right in the very heart of busy downtown Hanoi just minutes from Water Puppet Theatre and the lake. Mai and her staff were very friendly and helped with organising trip to Ha Long Bay Would happily return on our next trip. Slept very well despite being right in the hustle and bustle of the city which can be a bit noisy at times.

very clean, comfortable, and conveniently located in the French Quarter. delicious breakfast 😋 love this hotel and always stay here when I come to Hanoi. the staff is amazing, english speaking and extremely helpful with any needs including any travel info and bookings you need.
