Lovely staff that always help you for everything (booking a trip, shuttle service, advices etc). Localisation is perfect, in the center so you can reach everything by feet. Rooms are clean and confortable. Highly recommanded!

Honestly, nothing I wasn’t happy with. I have stayed there a few times now and thorough enjoy my time there.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing was a problem for them. The location is ideal. A short walk to the lake and walking distance to many restaurants and Beer Street. There was a range of food available for breakfast and the 3 warm options changed daily. Pancakes and Pho prepared on request. Fresh fruit and toast. Fantastic.

Central location & very friendly & helpful staff from the time we arrived. They wanted to make sure we are comfortable and we have all the information and everything we need for our stay and even out of Hanoi. Clean rooms and amenities. Superb breakfast spread & was very tasty too.

Only one access key provided to the room. The door lock was malfunctioning. Elevator does not go all the way to the upper floor. However, overall the accomodation was fine for our 1 night stay.

Thanks to Ms. Mai for reaching out and assist with organizing airport transfer which was super helpful as I was travelling with my family of 5. It costs around USD$18 to get from the airport to the hotel. Mai also advised and helped confirm the booking for our tours to Ninh Bình and Halong Bay Cruise. This was really great tours. Payment was made directly to the hotel thought with the use of credit card it entails an additoional 3%. You can also chose Sapa and other interesting tours also. While waiting on our room, Mai also took us to the corner where we got delicious Bánh mì. 10+ points for Mi who was very helpful and communicates well. Thank you so much for your support and kindness. So much to be thankful for. Excellent location. We stayed 1 night and then travelled to Ninh Bình the next day.

Just know that the sound isolation from the door is a bit poor, but the hotel in itself is not too noisy so it was okay for us.

This hotel has a good and central location in Hanoi just next to the Hoan Kiem lake. The room was big and comfy with some free water. And the breakfast was good with a buffet (from rice to fruits) and a menu you can order (with phô for exemple). The staff was really nice and helpful. Miss Mai and Brian were always ready to help us and answer all our questions. It was a short but really pleasant stay thanks to them.

The breakfast buffet, while free, had very limited options. It would be great to see a bit more variety in the future.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were generally attentive and made an effort to accommodate our requests, especially Ms. Mai, who went out of her way to assist with any requests I had, which I really appreciated. Overall, a comfortable experience with great hospitality.

Only a few lights in the bathroom, so it's quite dark at night. The TVs are old and are not smart tv. Hopefully they will be upgraded before our next visit

I wish I had a room with a window to the outside, since I like natural lighting. However, the room was spacious and the lighting in the room can be adjusted to warmer setting (I prefer yellow lighting and dim lighting over bright white).

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They helped me to arrange a tour to Ha Long Bay, order a Grab bike, and gave me a recommendation for a dental clinic. They wanted me to feel well attended and went above and beyond my expectations in terms of service.

No window in the bedroom but no biggie at all.

We loved our stay at the hotel and extended our stay with ease while we were there and tried to again but sadly they were fully booked for the weekend. All the staff was super friendly and caring when I required a hospital visit and they gave great recommendations and a map on arrival. You must try the Banh Mi baguettes just a few doors up. I had 3 during my stay! Bryan was exceptionally helpful and took the time to discuss a book a tour for me at 9pm as he was clocking off from his shift. Truly the nicest person ☺️

Absolutely fantastic hotel with the nicest staff, especially Mai and Brian on reception!! We arrived when I had food poisoning and they were so kind and helpful. We were leaving on a night train the next day and they let us check out late, store our bags for the day, hang out on the lobby to charge our phones and even let us shower and gave us fresh towels and water before we left. The room was really lovely and clean and the hotel went above and beyond to take care of us! We can’t wait to come back!

Everything. Location, breakfast and the staff are all nice. Thanks to Ms. Mai and her team (bryan) and the other staff for a very warm welcome you gave us. Location - it perfect. City center, there are a lot of restaurants, spa, souvenir shops around the area. Breakfast - there are variety of breakfast meal. They served pho which is a good one. Staff - 100/10 for good customer service. Everyone is sooooo nice and friendly. They helped us booked our tour which we enjoyed. They accomodated our request for the last minute extension of 1 night and gave us a late check out which is very convienent for us especially there hotel is always fully booked. All in all it was a perfect trip for me as they helped us with everything.

The aircon wasn't working well. it was too late at night to change any room. The night shift staff gave us a fan instead.

There was a some confusion regarding payment however it was resolved quickly.

Staff went above and beyond to ensure an excellent stay. The included breakfast was delicious and ranged from options such as pho, omelette or pancakes with fruits on the side. Location was perfect. Mai arranged excursions for us and they were SO worth it. Additionally they were able to accommodate my parent's request regarding a/c. I would definitely stay here again in the future!
