Everything was perfect! Breakfast was amazing and the wifi good enough for working. Beautiful views and clean, but rooms. The staff made sure we were content at all times, they were happy to help with all requests.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, perfect for exploring the Old Quarter and the Water Puppet Show on foot. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was satisfying. There are also excellent local restaurants nearby for lunch and dinner. Highly recommended for its convenience and great service!

The staff has been amazing especially Cherry that helped us out to book two tours around Hanoi and organized the pick up service from the tour operator. Spotless! We got a room that was a little bit noisy and they immediately managed to change the room based on the availability. I would strongly recommend staying if you want to enjoy the atmosphere of the Old Quarter of Hanoi.

Our room was a bit small and had no window but for the price we paid it was fine. We should have requested a room with a window but it was adequate for 3 nights.

The location was great for getting around Hanoi’s sights, close to lake. The staff were great, they were friendly and helpful in organising transport and tours. Breakfast was sufficient with some options for a cooked breakfast as well as cold items such as fruit, salads, cold meats.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The location of hotel is excellent, walkable to pretty much all places I wanted to visit. Breakfast was very fresh and tasty. Bed was very comfortable and AC in the room worked very well. You can ask them to book the tours, and communication is excellent. I highly recommend it.

The location is very convenient, In the heart of Hanoi. Walking distance to any famous destination in Hanoi like a water puppets show, train Cafe and St. Joseph cathedral . Special thanks to Cherry who's organized everything for us. From arranging our airport Transfer when we arrived, Booked Our tour to Nhin Bhin, City tour and Há Long Bày which the tour was beyond our expectations. Cherry even organized my Wife's Birthday celebration with the crew members of the cruise that she booked for us in Hà Long Bày. Cherry will always help us in anything we need during our stay🥰. Special thanks also to the aunty and uncle who prepared our breakfast. They are super charming and good chefs. They deserve to be rewarded by the management team since they serve breakfast for the entire Hotel with only 3 staff 🤩. Thanks to the Housekeeping team who always make our room clean and fresh so we really have a good rest after a long day Tour 😊. We love you Vietnam 🇻🇳. A place we will never forget. For sure we will book the same Hotel again.
