We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

The location was superb, it's at the heart of the Old Quarter. You can go to different places conveniently. Their accommodation was also smooth sailing, and additionally, they accommodated us with extra hours with no charge because of our late flight. The staff here, special mentioning Mr. Alex and Ms. Xuan, were very friendly, full of smiles, and even helped us with our Itinerary around Hanoi, Halong Bay, and Ninh Binh! We were able to appreciate the tour more with their great accommodation and suggested tour companies. On a side note, their bfast buffet was hearty and delish.

United KingdomWi-Fi was unusable slow in the room, reception, and dining area. Really annoying as had to go out to cafés to use. Sometimes it was okay, but 90% of the time it was not usable.
The location was fantastic; very easy to walk everywhere in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. It is all within 10-15 minutes from the hotel. The breakfast was very good with a selection of local and western food (eggs, pancakes, French toast, fruits, coffee/tea, juice, etc.) The staff were very friendly and helpful as well. Very informative about what to do in the local area.

GermanyWe really enjoyed our stay here. We arrived in our room and had some stuff that we didn't like, and Cherry and her team directly took care of us and gave us a new better room. They were really nice and uncomplicated about the room switch. The breakfast is good and there is always plenty. The staff is super friendly. The location is perfect since you are directly in the old quarter district, and you can literally walk to almost everything in under 15 min.
