Nothing, for its price point it had everything we expected.

It’s close to everything and the staff are amazing! They booked all of our excursions for us and saved us a substantial amount of money over the other tour companies. The hotel is clean and for the price point well appointed. The bed are comfortable and the air conditioning is on point.

Paid extra for a room with a window and the window wasn’t designed to be opened.

Exceeded our expectations on how quiet and comfortable our stay would be. This may have been unique to our experience being higher up in the building, but we barely heard any street noise at night.

Almost nothing, except the fact that one of the staff pressured a bit about rating the hotel 10/10 (she asked a few times if we can rate it right now). Except of this everything was perfect

Everything! The stay was for only one night but it was perfect! From the moment you enter you feel like a king, the staff is very helpful and the rooms are great, breakfast has a lake view!

We have to take stairs for the first room that we got, this is not suitable for my 75 years old mom. But they changed and gave us the better room the following day. Which is great

Great location, right in the old town, walking distance to the main sites. Nice lake nearby to walk around and relax by, lots of good shopping right near by, especially shoes and clothes that we were after. The staff were lovely and welcoming.

Although the staff was extremely helpful, they were a bit too pushy for my taste. Asked for help in booking a bus or van to Ninh Binh and they tried to sell me a full tour. Also at checkout they asked me to do a review on Booking.com I said of course she wanted me to do it then in front of her. Too pressured

Everything about this hotel was excellent. The staff were friendly, helpful, knowledgable and very attentive. The room was clean and comfortable, the facilities were great, and the location was perfect for exploring the City on foot or getting on tours from the hotel.

This property offered an excellent stay in Hanoi with very helpful staff and clean rooms. The most mentionable thing is its closeness to all attractions. It is situated on the heart of city centre with the famous lake acroos the road. There are plenty of restaurants and live markets around the hotel. I lived in this hotel for 4 nights and 5 days. Special thanks to Cherry and the reception team for their excellent hospitality. I arranged all my airport pick up and drops, sight seeing programs and air tickets through Cherry. Rooms were a bit dated and the shower leaked. Not a problem as the towels were replaced.

Excellent and helpful staff (especially Daily). She helped us organise our trips and was able to answer all of our questions. The rooms were a good size and clean. The breakfast was varied. Good location close to the lake.

When we arrived, Cherry helped us book our whole two week trip. We told her what we wanted to do and she created an amazing itinerary. She booked everything for us in both Sapa and Ha Giang. She kept in touch with me on what’s app ensuring that all was ok. She also helped us to book a flight to Hoi An. She is amazing at her job and we can’t thank her enough for all her help, advice and care. We had a wonderful trip and enjoyed every minute thanks to Cherry.

All in all, very good. The first night our room was not ready and had to stay in a room on the lower floor but that was fixed and we enjoyed our second room very much.
