Everything is great

The owners are so warm and friendly. They allow me to check in early after arriving with overnight bus. Explaining and giving information about sapa in details, they also offer bike rental with competitive price. They borrow me a jacket to wear while taking bike- after seeing my thin sweater, that’s really warm my body and heart. Room is clean, comfortable and spacious.

Everything was excellent.

Except value for money. The owner was amazing from the minute we arrived. We were late arriving (due to our transport being delayed) the owner said we didn’t need to do check I , she would take our bags to our room and that we could check in after we had done our planned excursion. Everywhere else in Vietnam wanted to do the check in etc first. We had a huge room, very comfy beds and an amazing breakfast. The best banana pancakes I have ever eaten! Best in the world and I have travelled a lot. If you don’t stay here, make sure you visit the hotel to have a banana pancake at breakfast time, you won’t be disappointed.

The breakfast was so nice and freshly cooked every day, and the location is also very good in the town. The host, Ms Mia, was very helpful and friendly. She helped me arrange the bus to Hanoi and tickets for the tour.

We had a memorable stay at Hello Sapa Hotel. This was our first visit to Sapa. We have no regret to choose this hotel for our 3 nights stay in Sapa. This hotel are run Mia, which is a super kind and helpful lady. We are deeply appreciate and grateful for her hospitality. She arrange all the entrance ticket and transport during our stayed at Sapa The rooms are clean, comfortable, great location with restaurant and supermarket with walking distance. The hotel providing delicious breakfast every morning cook by Mia. For those who would like to visit Sapa in the future, we strongly recommend you to try out this hotel and I will definitely will come back here for my next visit.

The hotel location right in the city center and are run by Mia & her husband, they cooked delicious breakfast each morning, which was the perfect start to our day. She personally arranged all our activities and made sure we had everything during our stay. The hotel provides excellent services, including transportation and entrance tickets to local attraction, which made exploring Sapa hassle-free. Mia even gave each of us a lovely souvenir to take home, making our experience even more special. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sapa. It's the prefect place for a relaxing and convenient stay with wonderful service and will absolutely come back again for my next visit to Sapa

A small improvement suggestion: Our room had a window facing the hallway, which meant we had to keep the curtains closed at all times for privacy since the glass was transparent. Adding opaque film to the windows would be a great improvement to make the space more comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Sapa! The staff was incredibly charming and always went above and beyond to make our trip unforgettable. They gave us plenty of great advice on things to do in the area and even booked activities for us, making everything so easy. They were always attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was superb, with delicious pancakes that we absolutely loved. Overall, a fantastic experience—we highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa!

Mia was super kind and helpful, she organized a great trekking tour for us and gave us skip the line tickets for Fansipan Mountain, and the breakfast was truly excellent! The room in the 5th floor with lake view was also really nice! This was the best stay in Vietnam for us!

The towels were a bit worn & thin but we were informed that new ones had been ordered from China! The water pressure in the shower, although very hot, was weak on the top floor. The walls & doors are very thin so it depends whether you have considerate guests on your floor for noise control!

Excellent stay- Mia & her husband made it very special with their recommendations and attention to detail & we always received a warm welcome. We also got a free upgrade of our room which was lovely & large with lots of natural light & great views. Beds were very comfortable & everything was very clean. Breakfast was great!

Great experience, very friendly staff, close to everything in old town and also french quarter can easily be done by foot, great recommendations for activities. Especially Tuan, Mr. Easy was great, from the welcome until the goodbye. If we had any questions or needed anything, he would have sorted it out in no time. Also they have good breakfast and a nice rooftop bar (with whirlpools;)). And did i mention the staff? Thanks a lot! If we come to visit hanoi again I would not know why I should go somewhere else

Miss Mia is one of the most accommodating hosts I've ever encountered. We booked two rooms, and she kindly arranged an early check-in for one to meet our needs, especially since we were traveling with elderly parents. She also assisted us with booking tours and transportation. Mia has the sweetest smile and the warmest, most welcoming demeanor. The location is central but peaceful, with restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets just outside the hotel, and souvenir shops within walking distance. The rooms were spotless, and we never ran out of hot water. The breakfast was outstanding!

The owner is super nice , attentive, and always with a smile ! It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel . They offer laundry services and the clothes came beck clean and smell really good , they also have an amazing breakfast with fruits, omelets and pancakes. Highly recommend!!

The family who owns the hotel was very sweet and accommodating with us. We had our laundry done , they did a great job. The owner was very informative of the local customs and services. The hotel is in a great location, at the center of the town.

Nothing! Everything was amazing!

Mia is an excellent host, so kind and accommodating aswell as all of the staff, the hotel is clean and cosy and has a lovely breakfast. Mia was so kind to help every day offering us recommendations, and giving us a weather updates for nearby attractions since the visibility was so poor when we were there, therefore we didn’t have to waist money on a trip where we wouldn’t get a good view, this was so helpful !!
