Staff were so friendly and accommodating. Each day they asked what our plans were and made recommendations. The hotel is 2 mins from the entrance to the old town. The room was exactly as described and provided conditioner as well as shampoo. The breakfast was the best I'd had in Vietnam - a good mix of Vietnamese and Western with a wide variety of fresh fruits on offer. We also got a little gift on check out.

United KingdomI would definitely stay again but there were a couple of issues, the internet barely worked while in my room which meant I had to use my data through out my stay. The room I was in also smelled damp which led me to leaving the extractor fan on throughout my stay. Lastly you can hear everything going on in the hotel. As mentioned though I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again but maybe request a different room

The staff were all extremely nice, very attentive and professional. Lin was especially helpful and kind despite her busy schedule attending to guests needs. She has a wonderful work ethic. In addition to the great staff, the location was very convenient as its location is close to the old town historical sites, restaurants, bars, etc… The breakfast was also very good. Plenty of options, fruits, vegetables, pastries, some local cuisine and of course, great coffee. I hope to visit again next year.

Wonderful staff, cute spot, tasty breakfast. Helped hold onto a debit card delivery before we arrived and a custom dress dropped off while we were out. Everyone was so kind and friendly. A lovely stay!

United StatesOnly one key card per room. It was so hot outside. If you have to go out, you have to take key which turns off the A/C. When you go back to your room, its hot. It takes awhile for the room to cool. The window in our room is like a heater when the sun is up. Needs a better curtain. The TV is not user friendly, you have to figure out how to turn it on. The refrigerator in the room does not cool enough.
Very close to everything we are interested in at Hoi An. Staff is excellent and friendly. Breakfast is good and lunch is good also. The spring rolls was exceptional. The spa was great. Car service from/to airport is good value.
