Not the cleanest room I’ve ever stayed in. The humid musky smell especially in ours wasn’t fantastic. Got into some clothes as well. A bit noisy too.

Absolutely lovely personnel. Helpful and accommodating. Nice place to stay, just more hostel vibes than hotel vibes.

The bed was a little hard but generally that's standard throughout Vietnam. Just a shame we had to leave early on the last day and missed out on the breakfast

Staff were so friendly and accommodating. Each day they asked what our plans were and made recommendations. The hotel is 2 mins from the entrance to the old town. The room was exactly as described and provided conditioner as well as shampoo. The breakfast was the best I'd had in Vietnam - a good mix of Vietnamese and Western with a wide variety of fresh fruits on offer. We also got a little gift on check out.

We had a fantastic stay at the Hoang Trinh Hotel, our room was nice and quiet (and a good size) and the staff were always extremely friendly and helpful! We stayed for 5 nights, and would wholeheartedly recommend staying here when in Hoi An!

We found the round bed a challenge due to our height … wasn’t really the king bed we booked.

Location, staff were amazing! They were very helpful- made us feel very welcome. They booked various things for us as well. A wonderful breakfast! We even left with a parting gift from them.

I would definitely stay again but there were a couple of issues, the internet barely worked while in my room which meant I had to use my data through out my stay. The room I was in also smelled damp which led me to leaving the extractor fan on throughout my stay. Lastly you can hear everything going on in the hotel. As mentioned though I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again but maybe request a different room

Had only booked for 2 nights but extended stay another 3 nights. Love the look and feel of the hotel. Staff cannot do enough for you and are super friendly (even gave me a small gift on departure and let me hang around until my sleeper bus). Would absolutely stay again

The staff were all extremely nice, very attentive and professional. Lin was especially helpful and kind despite her busy schedule attending to guests needs. She has a wonderful work ethic. In addition to the great staff, the location was very convenient as its location is close to the old town historical sites, restaurants, bars, etc… The breakfast was also very good. Plenty of options, fruits, vegetables, pastries, some local cuisine and of course, great coffee. I hope to visit again next year.

We like the location...just enough walking distance to the Old Town, tailor shops, restaurants. The hotel is much more than value for money. The front desk staff is very accommodating.

Our room had a musty smell when the AC was turned off but went away after a few minutes.

Wonderful staff, cute spot, tasty breakfast. Helped hold onto a debit card delivery before we arrived and a custom dress dropped off while we were out. Everyone was so kind and friendly. A lovely stay!

All of the staff are absolutely amazing, accommodating, and genuinely lovely people. Our room was very nice too. Had a couple of small issues like the bathroom vent not working and a partially clogged shower drain, but not big enough of an issue to overshadow how incredibly nice the staff are. Would 100% stay here again!

The staff were lovely and very attentive. Breakfast was really nice and they even prepared a takeaway option when we had to leave early in the morning for the airport. They also offered taxi to the airport at a really good rate compared to Grab.

Expected a little bigger room for the price. We had no windows. Wifi connection was lost or weak many times.

Only one key card per room. It was so hot outside. If you have to go out, you have to take key which turns off the A/C. When you go back to your room, its hot. It takes awhile for the room to cool. The window in our room is like a heater when the sun is up. Needs a better curtain. The TV is not user friendly, you have to figure out how to turn it on. The refrigerator in the room does not cool enough.

Very close to everything we are interested in at Hoi An. Staff is excellent and friendly. Breakfast is good and lunch is good also. The spring rolls was exceptional. The spa was great. Car service from/to airport is good value.

Everything! The staff was fantastic. Absolutely everyone was super attentive and helpful in making our stay perfect. On the other hand, the food at the hotel was very tasty and very affordable. The rooms were really comfortable. We also enjoyed the swimming pool.
