I stayed 4 nights and really enjoyed it. The rooms are set in beautiful gardens. I had a balcony - if you have a terrace you might have less privacy as the doors open onto the communal areas. The room was lovely and spacious. The balcony was not huge and the chairs were not comfortable but the view was lovely. Breakfast was great with a wide variety of food. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I organised a cooking class through the hotel which I really enjoyed. Ming did a tour of the rice paper factory in the grounds which was very interesting. It is about a 15/20 min walk to the old town which I liked as it was bustling. The river is very close as well. Would definitely recommend.

It was set in a beautiful garden and a short drive to the old town. There was a great shuttle service to take you into town or to the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were large.

The family that runs this place is extremely nice. They will go out of their way to help you. The Location is beautiful, in the middle of the fields and mountains, also a 5mnts walk to the Tam Coc centre.

N/A The expectations of our accommodation and experience was all met

Staff were very welcoming and informative from the moment we arrived. We booked to do massages 2 days in a row within the hotel because we enjoyed it so much. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and every morning we found the breakfast to be very varied and value for money.

The downstairs room can be a bit too humid and dark (entrance doors are basically the only windows), so better book a room upstairs.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Special thanks must go to Minh who spoke to us every day to check we were happy with our stay and see if there was anything additional he could do. Rooms are clean and spacious. The buffet breakfast has lots of choice and is regularly topped up. The hotel is in a quiet location (apart from the cockerels) about a 20 minute walk from the old town. The hotel does offer a shuttle service but we preferred to walk. We took the shuttle bus to the beach one day. There are shops, bars and restaurants near the hotel but, seeing the lit lanterns and boats in the old town at night is not to be missed.

I loved my stay here. When I arrived the staff helped me with my bags and gave me a welcome drink of passion fruit juice. The ladies at reception in particular were so friendly, which made me feel very welcome especially as I was travelling on my own. The team working at breakfast were also great! Breakfast itself was delicious, with a lot of different options to choose from. And my room was clean, very comfortable, and spacious! Would recommend.

The staff is attentive and very helpful. The rooms are clean, and the atmosphere is peaceful and lush, making it perfect for a private getaway. The breakfast is delicious with a variety of options. The location is convenient for traveling to different attractions, and there is a shuttle service to places like the Old Town and the beach. One of the things I really liked was the rice paper-making workshop.

The hotel is beautiful. The staff are always smiling and making sure that you have everything you need. Pool is great. Room is very large. Breakfast Buffet is awesome. Minh, the customer relations person is so helpful. My wife and I were sick for most of our stay and he made sure that we had food and support. The housekeeping staff would also make sure that our room and bedding were clean everyday even though some days we could not leave the room. They treated us like family. The location is great as it is a little way from the old town so it is nice and quiet. They have a shuttle that wil take you to town, it is only a 15-20 min walk, or to the beach. You WILL be empressed with the resort.

Absolutely nothing.

This was my second trip to this hotel my first being 2019. It was just as lovely this time as the first time. We liked everything - gardens, staff, food, room, service. Just a very charming hotel. There is a shuttle bus to the riverside or beach but it’s not far to the town and taxis are very cheap. There are shops and bars around the hotel too.

We loved this hotel, very clean and in the perfect location. Just outside the Old Town and a shuttle bus is provided many times a day , also to the beach which is close as well . The pool was big and ample sunbeds and poolside cocktails were lovely Friendly staff always on hand for any situation esp Minh who very was so helpful The breakfast was tasty and always fresh with a delightful setting overlooking the lush gardens . Our room was really big with a magnificent free standing bath. We would love to return here as it was everything we needed .

Breakfast a little chaotic when busy and items ran out

Well positioned to get into the old town or beach. Shuttle buses to both but only a 15 min walk to old town. Rooms well appointed but beds are pretty hard. Pool area great and happy hour cocktails were good

If you have a room with the outdoor shower, be aware that it does not have any hot water.

The staff were excellent and extremely helpful. The property is within walking distance of The Old Quarter. There are a couple of very nice restaurants nearby too.

The location is top notch, the room layout and style of the space is beautifully designed. We had a top floor room with a great view. The pool is lovely, as are the grounds. The staff are really lovely and go above and beyond to help.

Really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it. Location is awesome a quick complimentary shuttle bus to Hoi An Ancient Town or to A Bang beach or you can bike ride using their bikes for free. Buffet breakfast was great, pool was great and the rooms really lovely
