This is the third time we have stayed at HoiAn Beach Resort. It was terrific once again. Having the sandy beach just over the road was a plus.

Can't rate this hotel high enough. Great location and the staff are always on hand to help Can't do enough for you and very friendly. Rooms are big with A/C, we had a grand deluxe river view room so we had a lovely view from our balcony. Food in the hotel is excellent and as cheap as eating in town. Free mini bus into town is available which a visit at night is a must.

Wi-Wi-Fi was slow and occasionally unreliable and I would suggest you don’t use actual glasses when serving drinks around the pool. However, these are suggestions and shouldn’t distract from an amazing hotel. Highly recommended.

Fantastic hotel just a fifteen minute very cheap Grab taxi from Hoi An Old Town. Room was enormous and all the staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble.

A venue that is slowly being refurbished. In desperate need of a new table tennis table and paddles. Pool table also needs replacing along with new balls.

Hotel location and use of free bikes helped make our stay fantastic despite disappointing weather. The hotel was excellent with a great pool and breakfast buffet. Staff very friendly and welcoming also accommodated a request to be on the ground floor.

The most lovely staff, location, and a fabulous breakfast daily. Rooms are older and need some matinence but everything else was so enjoyable. Would recommend the resort for a very pleasant experience.

our room was very nice, BUT it was at the end of a corridor next to the staffs maintenance rooms…very noisy…& the walls & ceilings are not soundproofed, so you can hear people walking & talking in other rooms…

After a 19 day tour of Vietnam and Cambodia this was perfect for a week of pure relaxation. Our room was well equipped with a decent shower. Everything was spotlessly clean. We had a room with a view of the river from the balcony and the beach was just across the road - equipped with comfortable sun beds.. Food was very good. The staff were attentive, efficient and friendly. The shuttle service into town was a plus. If you’re thinking of staying in Hoi An then do book to see the Memories Show - an outdoor spectacular telling the history of Hoi An through dance, song and visual storytelling - a great way to spend an evening.!

Whilst the rooms were great, with lovely views, bathroom lacked a bit. Shower probably needed to be upgraded. Beds are hard though they do have a mattress topper.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel, with great breakfast and beautiful views it was perfect. The staff were great, so attentive to everything. Had 2 great pools & private beach across the road, they also have a shuttle bus into old town, though it doesn’t run very often.

Oddly our room wouldn’t get cleaned daily until late afternoon. Nothing wrong just never known this to happen anywhere else over years of travel

The location is fantastic close the the beach and the beach restaurants. Sitting next to the river having breakfast is a great experience. Not to mention the super friendly staff.
