The transfer to the airport that was proposed was overpriced, we could find many cheaper options in the city center. Since the hotel is on a main road, it can be quite noisy, and the pool area might not be very relaxing.

The staff was very friendly and efficient. They agreed to change our room b/c it was facing the street and was too noisy for us (the window was not closing properly). The banana pancake for breakfast was amazing, probably the best we had in Vietnam.

Everything was great. The staff, the hotel facilities, the location, and it’s always nice to start your day with coffee and breakfast without having to leave your hotel. I originally was going to stay 7 nights, but I have extended my stay an additional 7 nights. I love Hoi An, and this hotel!

We had a nice experience at the hostel. The staff was great and it was easy to plan our days with the help of Flower. The bathroom could use a little love and more storage space would be nice in the shared room. Other than that it was great.

Lovely villa with swimming pool, super nice staff, great breakfast with many choices, good size rooms. You can also rent a bycicle or book your tours and transfers through the reception. Flower and all the staff are very welcoming and accommodating. The locations is also good, in between the old town and the beach, also close to the rice paddies. Great value for money. Highly recommend it.

Everything was so nice and comfortable! The rooms were clean and it was nice to have a bath. The breakfast selection was the best we’ve had this trip - a choice of meal AND a nice drink! Flower, the host, was amazing and did everything to make sure we had plenty to do in Hoi An. We’ll definitely be returning!

I can see why this place is consistently rated 9+ with so many reviews. Well run hospitality. They exactly know the needs of every one walk into the door. Very well managed. Clean rooms, beautiful place. Nicely located. Great tour prices. Located in quite area between old town and beach. Bicycles available at 30k which is cheap. Will recommend this place to every budget traveller.

It was a little walk outside of the Old town, which was perfect as it meant it was quiet during the night when trying to sleep. The owners of the hostel were so accommodating and so friendly and did all they could to help us with any questions. Genuinely would really recommend it here. They even had a restaurant which was a small walk away but delivered to the hostel, and the food was 10/10, just amazing!!!

Amazing staff, absolutely nice and always willing to help wherever they can. The breakfast is fantastic. The location couldn't be better with a lot of supermarkets and restaurants in walking distance. The value for the money ist incredible.

Amazing stay! We loved the property. The location is perfect and very helpful staff. Nice breakfast, good wifi. It was all perfect. Beautiful swimming pool. And the best part was the free cycles that you can take and explore the city! I Will visit the hotel again when back to hoi an!

Perfect place for my 2 nights stay.The staff and the owner are so friendly and helpful. They provided good price tickets for morning My Son tour and evening Hoi An Memory Show, which was great. I could rent a bike for a day and deposit my luggage until evening departure. Room was super and breakfast delicious. I wish I could stay longer.

Nothing, it’s just excellent value for money compared to loads of other places I stayed at.

I stayed here for over a week and used it as a base for the old town one way and the beach the other. Plus so much villages around to see. Place is lovely and Flower is just so cute - very helpful and sweet. I extended my stay twice because I felt it was a perfect place for me.
