Our only possible criticism is location. You are a little bit out of town, which may not suit some. You do need to be organised or be prepared to walk to get into the centre of things- some people may want the city life on their doorstep. But I suspect the location adds to the quiet, relaxed, resort feel- no one comes to the island unless they are staying at the resort, or going to the Memories show. The seclusion suited us.

A very relaxing, quiet resort accessible via the walking bridge, or via 2 bridges if riding/driving. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Breakfast is a generous buffet with lots of options. Two swimming pools, including a lovely adults only infinity pool, and a spa- we had a 60 min full body massage which was excellent. Our room was huge and very comfortable and clean. You can borrow bikes to ride into the old town (a leisurely 5-10 minutes), or take the hotel shuttle (twice daily) or walk (about 20 mins one way). You also get 20% discount to the Hoi An Memories Show which is on the island.

The resort is conveniently situated around a 7-10 minute walk from the ancient town. This proximity makes it incredibly easy and convenient to explore the historic charms of Hoi An. Furthermore, complimentary bike rentals are available, allowing guests to freely roam and discover the enchanting streets of the ancient town at their leisure. This added amenity truly enhances the overall experience of my stay.

Huge thanks to Hoang Vu and his team , made us feel very welcome from arrival and at all times during our stay . Loved the Pho each morning at breakfast and afternoon drink at infinity pool looking over to Old Town. Easy walk or bike ride into the action and the Hoi An Memories show next door is a great night out. Great size rooms and very comfortable beds , also quiet for a bit of a sleep in. I had an amazing time at Hoi An Memories Resort & Spa . The resort's proximity to the Old Town made exploring the area convenient and enjoyable. The clean and well-maintained swimming pool was a highlight, offering a serene oasis amidst bustling surroundings. There were numerous Instagram-worthy corners around the resort, making it a paradise for photography enthusiasts.

We had an unforgettable stay in the resort. The staff were lovely and very accommodating. We borrowed bikes from the resort and when we rented a moped, there was ample parking for it. The 2 pools at the resort were great, as was the breakfast each morning. The rooms were very spacious and well equipped.

There was nothing that would have made our stay better. It takes a little bit to get from the Island back to the centre of Hoi An but it also means that the resort is quite and away from all of the people and noise.

We loved our stay at Memories Resort & Spa, the resort is beautiful with lovely grounds and two excellent pools. Our room was spacious with very comfortable beds, good air conditioning and we had a view back towards the old town where we could sit and watch the the boats go by. The highlight for us were the staff starting with Mr Hoang Vu who made contact with us before the trip to offer help with transfers and tours and was always available to us. The staff were all fantastic and were very attentive to our 2 year old which made our stay so much easier. Taxis were quick and easy to get into the town which suited us with a pram. We could then return to the serenity of the resort to relax. We had a great stay and would recommend the resort to anyone but particularly to those travelling with children.

Staff and service were excellent including the manager Vu, his front desk staff. the men attending both pools, the breakfast staff, breakfast was great and the room was sooooo very comfortable. We love it here...wanted to stay longer but unfortunately could not change our flight plans despite our attempts. Beautifully maintained grounds. This place is a sure winner.

Loved the room, spacious, clean, comfortable Entire staff super helpful, friendly, courteous..Vu was so helpful, professional, customer oriented and a pleasure to speak to . Loved breakfast, both pools, great massage, great gym and the free cultural performances and ticketed Memories show were outstanding and a giant plus. Wanted so badly to extend our stay here but flight was problematic..we hope there will be another chance to visit...This resort is a gem

The location is very convenient; I can easily bike to the ancient town of Hoi An. Particularly, I am deeply impressed by the room's view here, where I can sit, read books, and enjoy coffee in the morning. If I have the opportunity to visit Vietnam again, I will definitely stop by.

It’s a really wonderful time in Hoi An. I enjoyed 2 days here and everything is on point. You can have a clear view of the river, also can dip into the bathtub, which was quite comfy comparing to other resorts. Would love to come back!

Two negatives - they don’t let you borrow an iron due to safety reasons - you have to use their laundry service- so maybe bring your own or a streamer if you have a lot of linen clothes! Second was the bikes you could borrow were not safe and not well maintained- my chain came off three times which made it a bit dangerous to use- none of our bells were working which is essential in the busy streets of old town.

Our stay here was amazing. Beautiful luxurious rooms, super comfy massive bed and very strong aircon. The pools were amazing and the staff very attentive with towels and drinks. I had a hair treatment in the spa which was great value for money. It’s about 20 mins walk from the old town which wasn’t a problem for us but something to think about if you don’t enjoy walking. Breakfast was a good standard.
