Trinh is an exceptional hostess, she is super helpful, warm and accommodating. The hotel is really well located, nice and clean. We needed an extra single mattress for our family of 5, Trinh was happy to accommodate.

The bed was a little on the hard side, but that might be more a personal preference for a shift mattress.

Hotel tucked away in a quiet alley in that part of the town were things were happening in terms of restaurants and coffee bars. Super friendly and helpful staff going out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Staff were amazing and very helpful. Thinh was always helping make arrangements for me and any quests who appeared at reception whilst I was there. Citadel, tombs and DMZ visits allowed for plenty of good thing to see in Hue. Food really is better than elsewhere. Easy place to ride a bike too. Excellent hotel in a good city to visit

Very little to complain of; the one problem was solved immediately.

The place is down an alleyway, which most drivers won't enter, but there was assistance to get my luggage to the hotel. Heavy rain on the first night, for the fourth floor room found some leaks; I was relocated immediately. The staff were helpful for sights and weather information. Many tours not operating or only intermittently. The perfume river was high and the weather damp. A fifteen minute walk to Ba Dang market, twenty to the citadel.

The owner and staff were so unbelievably friendly and helpful. Their hospitality was above and beyond. They assisted us in arranging all necessary tours and transportation and made sure we were well fed and watered too :) The hotel is very conveniently located close to the restaurants and attractions. We had a lovely stay in this hotel. The staff was always so helpful and friendly, and were always able to sort us out with whatever we needed promptly. The room was spacious and clean. The location was excellent, we were down a small street just off the main restaurant area. Would definitely recommend!

The best hospitality on my SE Asia trip! The location doesn’t get any better and the rooms/hotel are silent even though it’s in the busiest part of the city. Everything you’d expect was great, but the kindness and generosity of the staff is above and beyond! The other reviews will say the same thing. Truc is really kind and the staff take pride in their hospitality. I can’t wait to come back!

The staff was extremely helpful and superfriendly! We even received a welcome drink and fruit salad 😁 They helped us with our itinerary and further travel plans. Very clean and spacious rooms. Location is perfect with lots of options for eating and drinking nearby. 10 out 10 for sure!

The room only had a small window to a small inner courtyard why it was quite dark. And you could hear the other guests quite a lot, though they were also pretty loud. So that's not really the hotel's fault. Apart from that there's nothing to complain about

The staff was very welcoming and helped us with any kind of problems. They offered a super fast and affordable laundry service and were really caring. Even shared some cherries with us ;-) The room was simple but very clean as well as the bathroom. It's a well located, affordable and clean hotel with great staff! We would come back :-)
