Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

AustraliaNothing!
Amazing facilities, immaculate grounds and presentation. Three restaurants, one site cafe, kids computer games rooms (next level, including two PS5 set ups, and over so arcade games all free to play. Expansive pools, beach service and beach sports equipment. Everything just absolutely fantastic. Beach extremely clean, refreshing but wam water temperature. Staff very professional and attentive. I have not even mentioned the fantastic villa we were in (villa 15) with its own pool and amazing beachfront views.

Singapore1. Check-in Process: Upon our arrival, the reception area was crowded with no available seating. We had to wait for a while before being attended to. The check-in process could have been faster for a 5-star hotel. 2. WiFi Connection: The internet connection was unstable, with different areas of the resort having varying reception quality. 3. Service Speed: The service by the pool and in the restaurants was relatively slow. We had to wait for our drinks until the food was ready. 4. Pool Towels: The towels by the pool were not clean, which was disappointing. 5. Beer Selection: The resort has a poor selection of beer. 6. Food Variety: The food was just okay, and we wished for a better variety of pastries. However, the chocolate fountain was great for kids. 7. Late Cancellation Charge: Although the SPA was amazing, I was disappointed that I was charged for a late cancellation despite canceling my third reservation.
1. Friendly Personnel: The staff at the resort were very friendly and made us feel welcome. 2. Good Vegetarian Menu: The VIVE Ocean restaurant has a good vegetarian menu, which we appreciated. 3. SPA Services: The SPA services were amazing. I had two sessions that were incredibly relaxing.

Hong KongAlthough the food was out of this world, the bar by the beach had a few misses with our order, forgetting the side or to bring an entire order. They did offer to not charge though, even bringing the food later, which was much appreciated.
Great service shows up when it’s seamless, and at Hyatt Regency service was impeccable. Reception staff in particular were efficient and extremely kind. Cleanness was pristine.

MacauThe space and facilities are amazing. In simple words, if you just want to relax, you can just stay inside the hotel and you’ll have everything you need. Don’t even need to go out. The facilities, hotel room and restaurants inside the hotel were all great. The staff are very polite and friendly. The beach is amazing too. Clean and soft. We went with our almost 4 year old and she loved it. We had an unfortunate event where our girl got a really high fever. The staff were very helpful. They were able to get a doctor to come to our room to check on her and allowed us a late check out so she could be in the AC room before we went on our flight. All good things to say!

AustraliaThey didn’t accept our debit card for room charges we had to pay as we went. Probably more straight forward if they were to take our debit card. However this is clutching at straws. Everything else was phenomenal!
Phenomenal Gym, spa, sauna, pools, hot cold plunge. Exceptional staff, immaculate gardens, amazing kids club. We were overwhelmed by the grounds - the gardens, the pools the staff, the kid friendly facilities

Vietnam- No water spray in the toilets.. This is a must in Vietnam!! - The lobby to check in/out is messy and super hot, on a summer hot day you want to be able to check out fast and move on with the next destination. This is a heavy mistake as it leaves a bad memory when leaving the place, even though the stay was great. - Lighting in the room didn't make sense, can't turn lights on from the room entrance, lights in the toilets were for the whole bathroom which is inconvenient at night.
Beautiful and spacious resort with clean private beach easily accessible. The big pool is good for taking kids there, but the one at the fitness center was the perfect pool for us, to swim and relax, we had to walk to get there but worth it. Our room was spacious and clean, very comfortable bed and sofa. Very good AC and lighting throughout the room, plus there's a small room to put the luggage/clothes which was very much appreciated. Very convenient to get a Grab to go outside to have lunch/dinner as prices within the resort are very high, only had to wait 1 min each time. Overall very good place to rest and stay close to the city.

Hong KongLarge space, nice environment, especially the professional and friendly staffs. We had an openair dinner on the beach and it was greatly arranged by the hotel. Lastly, special thanks to Mthao who managed to deliver my daughter’s iPhone who lost in the hotel to the airport when we were about to depart for our return flight! Thanks again

Singapore1.Night lights were not working so we had to leave the light on in the walk-in robe so a bit annoying as it was not dark enough to sleep. Separate WC should have a separate ceiling light so that turning on the ceiling lights for the whole length of the bathroom does not disturb someone else sleeping when one goes to the toilet in the middle of the night. 2. Outside sitting area of the room should have a ceiling fan so that the sliding door does not have to be kept open to cool the sitting area. With the summer heat, it can be very hot sitting there. So we had to rotate between sitting indoor and outdoor to cool ourselves from the sweltering summer heat in the daytime. 3.We had booked and paid for Club Access. The buffet breakfast and evening cocktails were well appreciated. However, there are only two variations of hot items which are available on alternate days. So if you are staying there for a week as we did, it gets boring and unappetizing to be eating the same thing everyday except for 2 hot items being rotated. Even the wine was the same for the whole week. We felt that a lot more could be offered by variety of snacks from the region such as Malay, Chinese, Indian snacks and hot dishes. This was very disappointing to see in Hyatt which has hotels in all the regional countries. Better F&B variety for the Club is required.
Beach and beach view from our room. We stayed at the King Room with Ocean View at the ground floor of Block F. Hotel room and bathroom is large with ample of wardrobe space in walk-in robe. I liked that the bathroom was not at the entrance of the room which is the case with most hotels. The bathroom with separate WC, twin sinks on a long benchtop, and large hand-held and rain shower next to a bathtub with a full length glass window looking out to the garden and beach beyond was a great idea when planning the layout of this room. There was ample of space for the king sized bed with bedside tables and a L-shaped couch.
