Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

FinlandThere is no own beach, you would need to go to Grand’s hotel’s beach, which is short few minutes walk or they provide a shuttle if needed. Also during week days, Monday to Thursday, majority of restaurants, bars and spas are closed.
Beautiful hotel with lovely territory, garden and pool area. Very well maintained and cleaned. Personnel is super polite and friendly. Food and drinks are also very delicious in the main restaurant and pool bar. Facilities are shared with Grand and Holiday inn, so more services and dining options available there.

New ZealandLeaking roof. Not cleaned to a good enough standard. Even though the other rooms similar to the one we had were not filled - we were not able to. Adjust our plans. Out of 10 locations we stayed in our trip you were the most inflexible and unhelpful one. That disappointed me.
Staff were great. Private pool was nice

AustraliaI called for a car and staff told me to sit down and wait. A group came after me and they escorted the group on the car even though they came after me. Poorly trained in this area. It should be first come first serve

AustraliaWe couldn’t really enjoy the beach. The beach doesn’t have clear water and sand is not really soft (but I might be spoilt by Australian beaches). However everything else is good.
All the facilities are cleaned and nice. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Bonus is that we could also use all the facilities at the Grand Ho Tram (Intercontinental and Holiday Inn pools).

GermanyIt was a shame that there was no outings planned by the hotel to visit temples or little villages around the area or other places of interest. My husband, unfortunately had some kind of food poisoning but all the staff were very caring and helped him to get better.
It was a lovely and quiet location with a pool overhanging the sea. The gardens were well kept with a man-made stream and ponds with fishes, lotuses and other water plants. We were always greeted with a bright and friendly smile through out the day.

VietnamThe bedrooms and the beds was too small and not comfort for a good sleep. The second bathroom was too little, even for standing shower, I could not fit into it. There are not many activities for kids, accept the kid club. But, you can joy the activities at the next door resort (holiday in), with a full transport support from Ixora.
I love the apartment size and view, there was a large living room for my family and clean. Staff was nice, friendly and act fast! You can joy the activities, game center, restaurants, clubs, pubs .... at the next door resort (holiday in), with a full transport support from Ixora.

VietnamOverall there were no real negatives. Some of the bar food was quite expensive for what you get, but that is to be somewhat expected with resorts.
The Room was amazing with a great balcony pool overlooking the beach. The breakfast was great and facilities overall were fantastic.

Staff were exceptional & the hotel rooms & grounds are stunning. We had a pool suite with bali bed & our room had everything we could possibly need. The main pool & restaurant were well run & we enjoyed using all the hotels facilities. Staff went above & beyond in their customer services, especially the lady manager who would greet us in the restaurant. My husband felt unwell a couples of days during our stay & hotel staff were very kind & insisted on bringing his breakfast to the room & checking in regularly. Would love to visit again!

Vietnam"Pay as you go" are applied for all services at this resort, aka we have to pay for everything (cash/card/bank transfer) as soon as we use the service (ie food orders and stuffs). Meanwhile at other resorts, everything are added up to the final bill to pay upon check-out, which seems to be more comfortable and convenience. The resort management should considered this scheme to ensure customers' experience at the resort.
Nice place for a short weekend getaway trip from Saigon. We booked 2 nights at the Bedroom Deluxe Balcony Residences Ocean View for VND 7,2 mil, didn't know the hotel has free shuttle bus from HCMC so we had to pay another VND 2mil for a round-trip private car :) However, the overall experience is good, staffs are smiley and frequently ask if we need any further support. Room are spacious with double king bed, comfy matress, dining table, sofa, 02 cable TVs and balcony. Order from in-room dining are served very quickIy and the food is tasty. The view is great as you can see the villas and overall resort. IXORA is just walking distance from Intercontinental and Holiday Inn, as they are managed by Ho Tram Grand. If you stay here, you can visit or enjoy the pools of the other 2 hotels for free (i think). From my pov, the pools there are bigger, with better view.

VietnamThe room was not clean throughout. Stayed for 2 nights, housekeeping only replaced towel and made the bed , not even sweep the floor and clean the restroom. Had to call them back to clean the restroom, but they only clean the shower drain and that’s it. We arrived at the pool bar at 5.47 pm. We were told the last order at 5.45pm but the website said the bar opened till 8.30pm.
Everything was great. Staffs are helpful and hospitality especially the team at Sea Salt restaurant.
