I had problems with the wi-fi inside the room, after 2 or 3 minutes it would disconnect while in the area at the reception I had no problem except that in the evening while I was on the phone there were several mosquitoes and a couple of mice to keep me company. Booking indicated in the policies that it was possible to pay with cards but in fact the facility does not accept them, only cash or bank transfers. This complicated my check-in a bit.

The room and place are very nice, the bathroom simple but the living area and bed were above average. Ha, the girl at the front desk was super helpful with every need, very helpful and professional.

The property is located in a quiet and safe lane close to a busy intersection of this bustling city. The rooms are clean and comfortable, well equipped, and the air con worked well. The best part was the outstanding service and support provided by Ha at the property and through whatsapp. A first rate employee in every respect. Thank you Ha.

Peaceful location with all the amenities. Easy to get to District 1 shopping and dining. Plenty to do and see nearby. Washing machine and tumble dryer an utter bonus.

Great little place. Hà is very helpful and the wee cleaning lady is very friendly and nice. Make sure to leave them a tip or a treat. Aircon in room is great, very quiet area away from the madness of Saigon. Wish I could have stayed here for longer

Very quiet, easy access at the front gate by night if you were going out. Friendly staff and quick & easy check-in and check-out. They respond quickly via WhatsApp if you have any questions. Room was comfortable, clean and big enough to relax after a day.

There is nothing bad about this place, however our apartment looked a bit 'tired'. It probably just needs re-painting and repairing, things are showing their age now. For instance the coffee table is covered in cracks and holes from previous visitors. The walls have a lot of mosquito corpses stuck to them. The sofa is quite worn out. Minor issues though.

Location is fantastic, within walking distance of the main sights in the city centre. Staff are all lovely and friendly and keen to help with anything. The atmosphere is nice, surprisingly quiet considering the location. Bed was clean and comfortable. This was a great stay that we enjoyed, and with some minor changes it would be a 10/10.

1) The location is like maze for those who is the first timer. My internet is not functioning on that day. I thanked God that I met the owner while looking around :) . 2) The towel is not replace with the new one (may be that is why have free DIY laundry). But it is ok. Not a big issue on that.

It is very homey since it is a studio, you’ve got everything you need in the room. It got a mini sofa with TV (with Netflix!), your own mini kitchen & a desk, if you ever need to work.
