Highly recommended for a budget option. Right next to the walking street if you like to party. Had everything we needed and was clean. For a budget option you can't go wrong with this room!

The water temperature was not always hot and the water pressure was weak. We found the room a little dark, but experienced that often in Vietnam and we always felt comfortable and welcome to sit at the communal tables out the front and that area was well lit.

Breakfast was great, particularly enjoyed the generous serving of fruit which came with the chosen menu. We appreciated the space for a table and chairs and the kettle ( remember to only use bottled water in kettle ) and complimentary coffee sachets. Wifi worked well for us. We found the location to be fine ( we were travelling with a younger group) but some might occasionally be concerned with noise form the nearby party street, but we were not that concerned. We enjoyed walking each day, exploring HCMC and although not young ( 69 and 74) did not need transport to reach the main sights. It is not fair for some to complain that the shower is not shielded from toilet etc as that is how all the bathrooms/showers were positioned in our experience over a month in Vietnam, in both small hotels and Homestays. That is why thongs or plastic 'scuffs" are provided

The hotel is 2 min walk from the most noisy street of the city and you hear a bit of underground noise, definitely not a big issue anyway

Hard to find at first (it’s in a small alleyway).

Just needed somewhere to stay for my last night and day in Saigon before flying home. My stay was perfect. Moon was outstanding. She was always there to answer questions and helped with everything. The rooms were clean and the breakfast delicious.

A fabulous guest house, a 5 minute walk from Walking Street and within walking distance of all must see attractions. Super friendly staff, a filling fruit and egg breakfast and good clean and comfortable en suite bedrooms. Perfect for budget travel!

Very friendly staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Great location, many tourist attractions are on walking dinstance. Hostel is close to so many restaurants, laundry service nearby. Got fresh fruit for every breakfast, love it!

We didn't get the room we had booked because of a problem with AC, the room was without balcony but didn't get a discount, which I found a bit sad. Most annoying was the light that shined through the transparent door in the night which made it hard to sleep...

So far so good, breakfast was good, location good though pretty loud in the night- that's what you might have to pay for staying so close to Bui Vien Walking street.

My only issue was the lighting coming through our door, room 1.04, during the night. It looked like all other rooms had a curtain which will have helped.

The property was exactly as advertised. Added to that it was very easy to find, tucked away from the main street and still within easy reach of all the local restaurants and pubs. Main tourist attractions were all in a walkable distance. The staff, particularly Moon, were really lovely and helpful. Moon went above and beyond in helping us relocate luggage which went missing on our flight into the country. That really was appreciated. The property price point and breakfast were also excellent.

You won’t get a response to bookings messages or emails. Early checkin requests are risky. Be aware about the parking lift under the table in front of reception. The switch is pretty low and it may get operated if there is a touch.

Centrally located as the name suggests. Most important landmarks within walking distance. Clean, well maintained. Good breakfast loaded with delicious food servings.

Since it’s just next to the party street, it can be a bit loud until you’re able to fall asleep.

Everyone was super super nice. There’s good breakfast included and the location is amazing, you can walk everywhere. Beds are very comfortable.

Gorgeous quiet hidden gem close to backpacker street! Staff so sweet and helpful, room perfect and great AC. Great breakfast and helped us with airport transfers. 10/10 recommend
