The location. You can seat outside and watch people. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a coffee shop around the corner which has the variety selection and you can order food from the stall outside as well.

The rooms are on the smaller side but the family room we had was a simple efficient layout. The beds are rock hard, I swear after 3 night I pulled some muscle I never knew I had in my lower back, when I say hard I mean timber planks might have more give 😊 my recommendation is request for an extra duvet and sleep on top of that.

This apartment is new, although the rooms are small it is modern and clean. There is ample power and lights, nice big windows, friendly reception / security. Large bathroom, again, all new as at December 2024. Good location, SocTrang is reasonably spread out so everything is far however this is located in a nice area and it’s handy as there is a new shopping mall with supermarket 100m away.

I loved everything here location, especially rhe staff, room was super clean, i was able to check in earlier without any extra cost and I was able to have the most amazing tome here on this hotel. We had amazing conversation with other people who stayed on the hotel and with the staffs. I will always come back here for sure

We didn’t get information about check out time, we saw checkout time on our reservation from 6am to 12am on the app. Therefore we checked out in the afternoon and we were charged late checkout fee. It wasn’t much but we wished we were informed about it.

Vietnam isn’t a family friendly environment, there’s always smoking in the area and the men don’t stop smoking (chain smokers). They smoke in the umbrella chairs and drink throughout the night and smoke. I have a one year old and would not recommend the balcony rooms because when people smoke it blows right over into the room. You have heaps and heaps of cigarette smoke in your room. My family doesn’t smoke. I literally was going to check out of the room and move hotels but since we had friends and other family along with us I couldn’t move. the last few nights but my husband said moving to another hotel would be more work with a toddler. If they could have a sign to please step away from the entrance it would make the stay 10x better. Also if you lose your single room card it’s a 50k (vnd)charge just an fyi they only give you 1. Also on booking.com check in says 12 noon and when we went to the location at 11:30am they said that check in was 4pm and there would be an additional 100k for checking in early. We ended up checking early for both rooms and paid an extra 200k. Almost the price of another night because of the confusion. Even the email advised us that we were expected at around that time. If the time was to be changed there should be an update on the site and the information we were given and not charged extra. We ended up paying extra but it is an inconvenience.

Location is key and the location is right next to the big mall vincom in the small city, The cleaning ladies were very nice and always made our rooms fresh! We tipped both ladies and they always were happy. Rooms decent but the closet and light switch was in an awkward position where if you have the power on and open the closet it accidentally taps and turns off the lights. Kind of annoying when trying to get clothing. The security is really nice and watches your mopeds and the doors. Tip him he does so much and always smiles!

Absolutely nothing!

The female reception staff was one of the nicest and most helpful people I have ever met in a hotel in Vietnam! Despite not having a common language we communicated excellent and patiently with the help of translation Apps. On arrival I was upgraded to a room with a balcony which was really nice. The room is not really big but very clean and comfortable. There's a big comfortable bed, good WiFi, clean bathroom with an extremely powerful shower with hot water. Despite facing the main road it was very quiet at night. The hotel is located in a perfect location, walking distance to the local busstation and the Superdong office for ferries to Con Dao. Excellent morning market nearby, many restaurants, cafes and food stands in the evening very near to the hotel. Supermarket nearby. On my departure did the receptionist organize a seat in shared taxi to Can Tho which was very comfortable with door to door transportation and not more expensive than the Futa bus. She made sure that my driver knew where to drop me off in Can Tho.

We had to move on the second day due to a sewer smell coming from our bathroom. They were very accommodating to get us into a new room. And my husband and I both had trouble staying connected to the WiFi. Other than that it was a good stay.

Location is not super super central but it's a 20mins walk to the river area.

Super helpful staff. We needed to go from Soc Trang to Can Tho with a bus and they called for us to sort out the situation! They also offered us milk tea while waiting in the lobby!!

Our original booked room was not properly made up from the previous guest, some things were overlooked like crumpled bedsheet (not changed) and half empty water bottle in the refrigerator

Upon checking into our room we discovered that it had not been cleaned properly from the previous guest and we complained to the reception. We were pleased that the receptionist was sufficiently empowered to change our room and an upgrade too without too much fuss.
