Could be cleaner, we had a stain on bed and after report to reception then changed everything without problem. Didnt't have door in the shower so all bathroom was wet

Very good location, very friendly staff. Overall i recommend if you don't have very high expecations. Room was ok. In the room there is AC and fan - that's great because if you don't like much AC then you just can use fan.

Some noise at night, not from the hotel itself, but from outside. If that is an issue, perhaps avoid all hotels in this busy backpacker/party area. No big problem for me though.

A regular, clean and decent tourist hotel. All essentials (bed, shower, hot and cold water, wifi) worked perfectly.

Shower was outdated/mouldy and leaked. Very noisy location. Can hear the clubbing music from the street over at all hours 👎🏼 Hard beds. Wanted a lot of money for a late checkout, it was cheaper for us to rent a whole new room for 2 hrs after a day trip exploring just to shower before going to the airport.. great for a 1 night stand we guess

There are some remarks. The air conditioner in the room is old and did not cool the room quickly and well. Breakfasts - normal. You will not stay hungry. But there is no coffee at breakfast. Only tea. And this is in Vietnam, one of the largest coffee exporting countries in the world.

I needed to book a hotel immediately. Literally two days before I arrived in Ho Chi Minh City. Palago Hotel provided such an opportunity. It was very convenient. Overall, the hotel is good. And worth the money. The location is in the tourist center. The room is comfortable. The bathtub is okay. For two or three days - this hotel is a good option.

Room size is really small. Their breakfast is good to me but my family don’t like it because they only give only 4 items every day. We don’t have choices beside from that 4 items.

Place & Staffs are pretty good. Love it. Besides the hotel, you can find a lot of travel & tour agencies. TV in rooms are android tv. They also put Netflix and YouTube in TVs which is really entertaining for me. Staffs are really nice and warm.

The room is EXTREMELY dated. The floor in the shower had a huge crack in it and was quite rusty. My 'double' bed was 2 beds pushed together.

The location is brilliant! The young bell man who stood at the door and carried the cases was very friendly and super helpful.
