Excellent depiction of the Lotte brand. Staff were fantastic and happy to help with any request. Very comfy rooms with all amenities on hand required for a comfortable stay. Pool and gym facilities were great and the internal Italian restaurant was well priced and of good quality. Great location opposite the river and just a few blocks from hear of District 1.

AustraliaWe don't believe they could do any better, but we'd appreciated a slightly lower price - as would most people. Rooms size is a little small, but well appointed.
We stayed in a Club room which offers access to the executive lounge with facilities such as private check in, all day refreshments, and evening happy hour which includes a small snack dinner. This suits our holiday style perfectly as we like to eat out for lunch and snack for dinner. For us, this is a perfect arrangement. The hotel, although getting on in years, is sill luxurious. breakfast, pool facilities and in house restaurants are all great.

The rom was nice, and the breakfast and dinner buffet was okey. But if your not the biggest seafood fan it’s way too expensive, and I would rather recommend you to eat someplace else - also a lot of the warm food was unfortunately cold. Location was good!

AustraliaWe weren't told that the pool would be closed for renovations and if I had been advised of this before/leading up to our stay then I would have chosen to stay at a different hotel as we really wanted to have a hotel with a pool especially when we were travelling during a really hot time in HCMC (35 degrees Celcius or higher). It was really disappointing to be told at time of check-in.
The breakfast selection was fantastic and the staff were friendly. The coffee however didn't taste that great (not perculated). Location was good with river at the front. About 15-20mins walk from the main centre.

Nor was there any contact made after booking to advise it would not be available. Disappointing to learn up arrival to our room that the pool was closed. We would have changed hotel had we known.
