AustraliaLotte Hotel was absolutely wonderful in every regard! The staff were all very friendly and professional, and there seems to be a great culture in the team there. The rooms are delightfully decorated, very opulent and timeless, very quiet with great blackout curtains, all making us feel like royalty :) The location, for those not familiar with Sai Gon, is about as good as one can get, just five or ten minutes walk to a plethora of restaurants and so forth. Over the years, I've been lucky enough to stay in many fine hotels but I don't think I've ever had my expectations exceeded to this extent. Highly recommended!

AustraliaThe rooms need a renovation, our room was quite out dated with the peach walls, shower curtains, dated furniture, carpet, and overall bathroom appearance does not have a 5 star experience.. more like 3 star which was disappointing because the lobby and other amenities were quite grand. We also had to scan some already printed documents back to our email and they wanted to charge us 100,000 dong which we thought was ridiculous when the the Marriott did this for us for free.
Great location, close to everything. The pool, gym, lifts, and restaurants were all nice.

JapanOnly stayed here for two nights but for those days there was construction happening which made it a little unpleasant since they were working directly right outside our door, staff was less personable compared to our experience in DaNang and Hanoi. The A/C unit made a loud noise when it’s turned on that it made it hard to fall asleep at night. The bed was a little too firm for our liking. Aesthetically the lobby area looked inviting but past the elevator everything seemed a little dated. Ate at the Chinese restaurant and the menu we saw online was not the same as when we got seated, which was disappointing.
River front location and view was nice. Breakfast buffet was sufficient, lots of good options.

The shower was in the bath, a bit awkward to get into, and had a shower curtain, so quite ordinary, and not really what we had hoped for what we paid for the room. The club was ok. The weather was hot, and so was the swimming pool. As nice as it is, it was like taking a bath, when we were hoping for a cool swim.

CanadaHotel seems a bit outdated and old styled. Bathroom has a smart toilet but shower is really old school with curtain. Breakfast was decent however i did expect more fish choices and fruits options. For that level of hotel it would be nice to have a good coffee machine and larger water bottles in the glass.
