It was all okay but will improve when building works are completed.

The hotel or apart hotel was being renovated and entry was through the garage. We were met by staff and the registration went smoothly even if the card terminal was kept in a motorcycle. The position was excellent near good local eateries and a charming lakeside. There are good cafes for breakfast nearby, too. The washing machine on the balcony was a life saver!

This particular stay was a stinker (literally, more on that in a moment). When I first checked in, I found that there was no toilet tissue. I sent a Zalo message and receive an immediate response. Then, I realized that they didn't leave any towels. I didn't receive a response this time, but the towels did come. Strangely, the remote controls did not have any batteries, so I had to go downstairs and get batteries. I figured they didn't want to hear from me anymore, so I didn't complain about the bathroom which smelled so bad the entire weekend. I think there was something wrong withe drainage. I kept the bathroom door closed, the fan on and a window open. I almost left, but I love the location and couldn't find anything else.

I live in Hanoi and have stayed here a few times. It is in a great location: there are a lot of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. I am bummed that my favorite cafes has changed ownership though. It is very easy to check in and check out. The rooms are comfortable and a great value.

Construction work 24/7 could hardly sleep they started banging and building from 5-6am there wasn’t a proper reception you had to go down to a dodgy car park to exchange everything

Stayed with the one with bathtub. Tried to fill the tub with hot water but then the water can only be hot for couple of minutes then it gets cold. Contacted the person there, said they will check it but then it was still the same. Cant use the bathtub. Why they have a bathtub if it couldn‘t be use. Also when there is construction happening, i can hear the sound fröm 7th floor Anyway other than that it was a nice stay.

Its a cozy apartment, with a nice bed. Can sleep well at night

The sheets were not changed, we found hairs in the bed, the glasses and cutlery was extremely dirty and there was dust everywhere.

There was a building work going on but i was not informed. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay. having some cleaning towels will help.

I have great stay in this apartment. I was allowed to check in late mid-night. Good price for the facilities it offers. Area is fairly good and faily close to facilities, I could walk to center in half an hour. etc. Plenty of storage. washing machine but I did not use it. Lift, Ketchenete, large fridge, nice bed, sofa, tv, all facilities were good.

Very loud construction happening inside building from 6:30 - evening everyday. Dusty from construction and appliances inside were rusty and unusable.

Arrived and the reception was under construction so couldn’t find where to go. Had to go down into the basement. The building works were going on from 5am-10pm so found it hard to get any peace. On our last day the water turned off and we had no running water for 45 minutes as well as then finding drain worms all in the bathroom.

The apartment itself is ok but not completely clean. But it would have been an ok stay if it hadn't been for the terribly loud noise from both construction work right nextdoor starting early in the morning and drilling all day long and two dogs in a tiny cage right outside barking from 5:30 in the morning and throughout the day.

Shower and bathroom absolutely disgusting and filled with black mold. Couldn’t stop coughing from all the dust. Construction started at 5am and finished at 9am. Security guard down stairs decided to crank the music loud all night. Would not recommend to ANYONE.

The real address was hard to find, no signs, the building was under renovation. Facilities were very worn out, dirty, and completely did not match what was shown in the photos. Not worth the money.

The building is literally a construction site. They start at 6 in the morning and were drilling into concrete. It was so loud we couldn’t hear eachother speak, let alone sleep. We cancelled our second night and the owner (who doesn’t reside on the property seemed surprised by this)… The room doesnt look like the photo’s, everything that makes it cosy is removed (plants, pillows etc). Paintings were pulled from the wall. Im not sure if the shower was cleaned at all. There was mold as well. There’s construction dust everywhere on the balcony. Obviously we didn’t expect a “luxe paradise”, but this was next level.

Shady building entrance. The Host is all about grabbing money without proper service. After many requests from 3 days, 4th day house keeping came to clean apartment. And it was not cleaned when we came first time. Do not book option sofabed on booking.com with high price. They don't have sofabed in any apartment. It's host's tactic to grab more money for same kinda booking. Host kept boathering for 4 days to charge full money with sofabed when there was no sofabed My dad had to sleep on sofa and had very uncomfortable stay. Host asked me to cancel booking and give 15% discount cheating the booking.com commission. But even after discount he charge me the regular room charge without sofabed so he end up making more money by keeping booking.com commission. Host is very rude kept lying about type of room and mentioning my room is at higher floor ignoring the fact that apartment balcony is inner side of the building and there is no view anyways. My friends booked same kinda room without sofabed and they were given same kinda room on my floor. Then host try to bluff saying he wanted to give me 8th floor but it's booked. So basically he wanted full money without providing the service and as per the booking type. It's messy building and too much construction noise all day. If you want to chill in apartment please look for another place since it's very noisy all day long. Balcony is very messy and we couldn't step in the balcony to access washing machine. House keeping didn't cleaned balcony. Both hosts are lier so keep proof of payment. Worst experience!

Nothing to be honest except the room was new. Building is still under construction and entrance is through parking lot. Building guard is handling the room keys and he don't understand English at all and keep asking money as soon as he give you key.

Location is terrible. Only way In was through an underground car park lot where there were people smoking and watching tv in hammocks. No one speaking English and got put on a phone call with the supposed owner. No response when trying to get in contact with owner through booking.com.

The building is doing major construction. The front entrance is blocked and you enter through the basement garage. Noise and vibration will shake the walls, ceiling, and floor starting before 8am. I planned to stay 2 nights but changed the dates. The owner refunded me the 2nd night and had good communication.

Comfortable bed. Good air con units. Hot shower. 1-bedroom layout. Had a washing machine.

It felt like we were staying in a building site, the banging started at 7 in the morning, initially beneath us and then it started on the top floor, the apartment didn't feel clean and wasn't cleaned in the 3 weeks we were there unless we requested it.
