I don't understand the positive reviews here. It was the worst hotel in vietnam. dirty (Asian hair on bed and bathroom, dust and dirt on floor) no place to put your stuff, no table, no bedside table just bed and fridge super noisy! the sound of elevator beep keep waking me up at night. no possibility to make the room fully dark even though there is no window as there is some glass to a corridor. it seemed to be motion activated so again it woke me up several times.

The room is pretty small and needs some maintenance (new wallpapers/some paint etc). the noise isolation in the hotel is also not the best so it feels pretty noisy especially.

The location is great and rooms are clean. Decent value for money in terms of the location.

They claimed that their card system is not working at the moment, then forced me to pay in cash or surrender my passport. I ended up giving my passport to them and looked for cash in my luggage, but when I came back I found my passport LEFT UNATTENDED ON THE RECEPTION DESK. When I complained about it, instead of an apology the staff argued that he was busy and talked as it was no big deal and I was being "sensitive". Also many other reviewers complain about how the staff speaks poor english, but this guy thinks he speaks "fluent" english and it's my fault not understanding him. The rudest receptionist I've ever seen in a decade of using Booking.com. Furthermore, when I insisted on paying by credit card after the card system becomes functional, they threatened to add 3% credit card processing fee to the total amount and this is clearly against booking.com rules.

During our 3 night stay we never had a hot shower. The water was just about warm enough. The doors to the balcony have gaps so small insects came into the room and it meant that noise from the street could not be blocked. We knew the room was going to be small but more effort could be made to fit a small shelf on the window side of the bed and shelves under the basin would by useful for storing toiletries. It was very difficult to work out where to put our things and we are travelling light. We stayed in cheaper and better properties during our tour of Vietnam.

We recognise that the property was reasonably priced but the room could better. The ladies in reception were lovely.

Well they say the room has a fridge, its not a fridge, its a chiller but mine must of been faulty as it was just room temperature inside. Balcony was just a ledge really, standing room only for one. Can't understand why make the bedroom small but bathroom so big, makes no sense and pillow a bit hard as well.

We were 'upgraded' on arrival but the room looked inferior to the images on our initial booking. It became clear that room photos on booking.com do not necessarily represent reality. We were reminded by 3 individual staff members "no smoking" in the room (we don't smoke so no issue), however room smelt strongly of stale smoke. Note that toilet, shower, sink is just an enclosure in the room and not a separate room, as a result walls were covered with damp marks and paper was peeling off. Strange layout, rooms have small frosted windows in the floor and ceiling which are shared with rooms above and below, so lighting during the night is at the mercy of other guests. Could also hear another guest having a shower at 3am which wasn't ideal. An unfortunate mistake I presume, but previous guest had left the TV on a pornograghic website which may have caused offence - staff ought to have reset the TV which was an unfortunate oversight.

Friendly staff and good location. We only stayed 1 night and was within 5 mins walk of bus office which suited our needs.

there was a strange smell in the room every time I kept close. Cleaning women ringing roughly early in the morning. And during storm it rained inside the window. Room also was quite small. At least 1 of receptionists didn't speak enough english.

in general the price is competitive and the location not too far from the main Saigon street

The bed sheets was dirty when we arrived. It looked like someone already sleep in them. They changed it but it still had some stains. Overall it was not very clean in the room.

No value for money. Extremely small balcony, no daylight, uncomfortable & small bed, the room was smaller than expected and noisy (street noise and noise from other guests). The shower temperature was shifting continuously. Wouldn't recommend.

Poor soundproof so I it was impossible to sleep at night. Also my room was very small, without any flat surfaces to even put phone while charging. and the most disappointing thing is that some rooms doesn’t have any windows.

It was located in a great area with good transport availability.

tiny room, no windows, tv didn’t work, safe didn’t work, room wasn’t clean. not sure how this is a 3 star. If you are on a budget and you want your own room, shower and toilet then it’s ok. The pictures are slightly misleading, so expect a bit of variance when you come into the room.

location was good and staff were helpful and friendly. fresh towels (albeit a bit threadbare), water, tea, toiletries etc… daily. housekeeping daily.

- employees with no english skills. communication with receptionists was very hard and nearly impossible (thanks to google translation) - the room was very small, never seen such a small hotelroom for two persons before (approx. 7m2) - the room was very dark with no window or balcony and shabby, cheap furniture - the room (and the small lobby) was dirty. we had several insects in the room. - the cost for a taxi from the hotel to the airport is about 5USD, however the hotel shuttle service is about three times higher. cheeky and incorrect.

Best hotel for the price, had great location connecting the main city , all 24/7 shops and supermarket available nearby. Services were exceptional and staff was super friendly and helpful, they even allowed us early check-in for free.

My room did not have window covers and was very bright. It was also above reception so very noisy. There was no furniture in the room so not possible to sit or arrange your suitcase. It did not look like the photographs.

The staff were helpful and kind. The bed was comfortable.
