Unfortunately the balcony was not really functional.

The facility was in good shape, they were repainting the lobby. The staff was very friendly. The location was across the street from the beach. The Grab drivers are very accommodating.

Everything! This was our most liked accomodation throughout our Vietnam trip 💖 Julie was the nicest and most helpful receptionist ever 💖 the beds were comfy, there were two bathrooms, they have a washing machine PLUS dryer. Like a home, everything you need is there already. ☺️

two showers and two toilets. It's convenient for a family. you can wash your clothes. spacious rooms, clean. There is a refrigerator, kettle, dishes, microwave oven. cleanliness of air conditioners 4/5. the staff is friendly. helped with taxis and excursions. 2 minutes to the sea. The area is not noisy, but from the center you can only take a taxi. There are almost no delicious restaurants nearby. the price is good.

Would be nice to have 4 chairs to eat and a bigger sofa or an arm chair for 4 to watch TV. Didn't get cleaned everyday, but they offered few days in. We were only there 5 nights, and it is a serviced apartment rather than a hotel. We knew there was no breakfast.

Really great location and space for families. 2 minutes to a lovely sandy beach with small beach bars with food. Rooms were comfortable - kids had a double bed each with TV! Meant adults could watch their own movie in the living room :-) Washing machine and dryers in a handy laundry room. Big fridge with freezer, microwave, kettle, stove top. Easy to get Grab shop delivered to make breakfast. 2 shower rooms handy for family. Decent decor. Nice little pool. Pictures accurate. Friendly, helpful staff.

Nothing to not like!

The property is right across the road from Son Tra beach, the less-touristy part of Da Nang. There aren’t many food establishments close by but a short walk towards Da Nang main beach will flood you with possibilities. We loved the location. The staff doesn’t speak much English so download google translate and talk to them. They’re sweet and helpful. My sister and I needed a two bhk apartment within our budget and Mercury exceeded those expectations.

The room very comfortable and space enough for 6 pp. and still have common area for TV and eating. Staff very kind they help me a lot and they offer cheaper price for the car with driver and cheaper price for Bana hill ticket. We very happy to stay here highly recommend.
