The location is between two towns but you have to rent a scooter anyway to visit both towns. Easy to rent there.

Super great host, great price and quiet zone. The room is spacious with some great accent/decorations for the bedroom. It is one of my favorite places in Vietnam. Facilities are around it (coffee shops, restaurants and others) Some are cheaper and some are more expensive, so for everyone tastes with good rates.(Italian, belges or French waffles, Russian restaurants, and for sure great Vietnamese seafood restaurants).

I think that pillows are too and should be deeply washed and least, so they don't have a smell of previous guests anymore.

I stayed for 11 nights, I got a a very big apartment with a kitchen, new refrigrator, got my apartment cleaned every 3 days. Not only there is AC but also a fan. The bigger beach is around 45 minutes of slow walking from the hotel. Very quiet and worth it place for people on budget.

Town itself is just lacking in character and things to do. I doubt I'd return.

I really chose well. It's near perfect. Lovely bedroom. As central as you can get in a town without any centre as such. Super friendly.

- was okay for cleaness. small stains on sheets but in general clean. - you have to bother the family to reach the owner. but the family seems okay with it (calling her with a smile). it’s a family business.

I was welcomed very warmly by the owner and was upgraded to a larger room for free! The only thing is there was loud karaoke next door the first night but it only went to 10:30pm so I was still able to sleep no problem;)

For the price, you can’t beat Minh Khoi Guest House. The location is very central and the rooms are very comfortable, but the best part about this place is the service. The host family was incredibly attentive and helped me with whatever I needed. As a parting gift, the woman handling most everything gave me a jar of Tiger Balm. This wasn’t a normal gesture for her and she offered it because she saw that I was interested in purchasing some. Excellent place for budget travelers. Highly recommend.

Owner didn't really seem interested in any more than checking you in/out. No hot water either morning (7am, 8am) although it did appear in the afternoon. Worst thing was trying to negotiate the barky, aggressive dogs that blocked the way to my room both nights. (if they're the hotel's dogs sort them out, if they're strays then move them on!) No sign of the owner to help on either occasion (just another guest I think - thank you, and apologies for blaming you!) Not what I paid for!
