South KoreaI'm not sure what happened to the free Airport Shuttle that they did away with, supposedly due to Covid. It has not returned and the hotel charges a pretty steep amount for a pick up/ drop off service, leaving you to either pay this, or brave the taxi mob at the airport, on arrival from overseas.
The location and convenience from the airport. Breakfast options were plentiful.

An absolutely brilliant hotel! After making the initial booking (party of 4 / 2 rooms) I received a message from the hotel confirming details and looking to arrange our collection at the airport. The vehicle that collected us was luxurious in itself including the warm welcome provided by the driver. We had booked Club Rooms which provided access to the Executive Lounge. Check-in/Check was completed there and was seamless, provided by Thanh Tuyen. Tuyen assisted us through out our stay with arranging transport/requests etc. A true professional and a credit to the business, was always thinking ahead in ways to make our stay as carefree as possible - thank you! The rooms were very spacious decorated and furnished to a very high standard, and the comfiest bed ever! We used the pool area a few times, great pool facilities and beds. Khang was on duty whenever we used the pool. Extremely hard working, constantly checking on people, providing complementary water and any drinks/food orders, nothing was a problem, again truly professional. We had included breakfast in our booking. The breakfast was excellent, so much choice, many items available made to order on request. The hotel is about a 10 minute drive from the airport. The drive into the City/District 1 is about 10-15 minutes (dependent on traffic) and is no more than £3 / $4 with a tip. This was a perfect location as it was just the right distance from the city and was a great hotel to return to after a day/evening being in the buzz and heat of the city. Every member of the team we communicated with or had dealings with were truly professional - we could not fault any member of staff or the hotel at all. It deserves having the word "Grand" in its title! Thank you! We all would highly recommend staying here and we would almost certainly stay here again.

A special mention goes to the three front rotating managers, whose exceptional service truly stood out. They were always smiling, approachable, and more than willing to help with any request, big or small. Their positive attitude really made a difference and set the tone for the entire stay. Overall, the hotel staff went above and beyond to make guests feel welcome, and I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for top-notch service.

I stayed at the Eastin Grand Hotel Saigon on 2 separate occasions on a work trip to Vietnam and highly recommend this hotel. I loved my stay - my room on the first stay (#542) was so nice and the staff were super helpful. Laundry service was excellent, really good choice for breakfast and the pool and spa are lovely. Will definitely stay here again next time! It was easy to get a taxi to locations in district 1 and only 10 mins to the airport. Thanks so much to all the team for being so helpful.
