Wise location to who's looking for peaceful hotel to stay. But still near to da lat night market. Good price offered. Staff was good too, even there was language barrier. Can direct using google translate to communicate.

the location is a bit outside the centre, so nothing is within walking distance. the walls of the bedroom had mold. not much sound proofing, could hear everything going on with our neighbours, but luckily everyone went to sleep at a reasonable time.

the room was clean and spacious. the staff was very accommodating. great water pressure and hot water which was what was needed after a long day of travel.

The road to the hotel quite slopes up and down a lot. So the travelers must be careful There aren’t many space for car parking

My bedding had an unpleasant smell maybe because the humidity was high and fabric cannot dry in time. (I didn't report it to the hotel, the staff told me to let them know if I had any issue but I didn't report this. I'm sure they'll make proper arrangement if I were to) My parents in the other room were facing a broken water pipe incident at 3AM.

The rooms have a lot of natural lights and that is just perfect. Rooms seem to be new and in good condition as well. Staff are friendly and helpful, they told me when I check in that let them know if we encounter any incidents during our stay. They let my parents crash into their internal room while they waited for their flights.

You have to order breakfast one day prior, and I haven't been told about it on check-in, breakfast time is from 7 to 9. Not many options for breakfast (omelette, Pho and Bun Bo).

It was very clean and cozy place. Staff was very attentive and friendly. There was only 3 breakfast options, but as I stayed for one week they gave me extra options. Room was clean, hot water, water heater and dryer. They offer daily water and tea/coffee, room cleaning on request. You can rent a bike right here, as I did, it was in a quite nice state.

The property was located in a great part of Da Lat, easy to get into the main town for food and pick up for excursions. The hotel was comfortable and had everything we needed. The best part was the dog Na, a piece of home comfort and cuddles, amazing value for money.

There was a problem with our room bathroom before check in so we were downgraded rooms next to the lobby. Not much of an issue as the room was fine and were charged accordingly. The staff were very helpful with it.

I have never felt so relaxed and at home in a hotel room, it was very spacious, super comfy bed, netflix on the tv, plenty of windows, great bathroom. I could have stayed in bed all day there! I arrived at 6/7am and the receptionist was kind enough to let me sleep in a spare bed until my room was ready, which I really appreciated.

Comfortable hotel in a quieter area on the southern side of Dalat. Nice views along the valley and can see the cable car to Truc Lam pagoda. Clean room with comfortable bed.

- Location can be little bit worrying for people who dont use scooter/want to walk to center. But with scooter it is really no problem, or you can just order cheap Grab taxis. We prefered this location to have quiet nice place to come back :)

- Excelent value for price - possible to rent scooter directly from owners - nice view from the room - good communication with the owners via Whatsapp/in person - lovely Corgi - quiet place out of rush streets - we had small problem in our first room and they immediately changed our rooms for nicer one :)

The hotel was very nice and clean. It’s located in the hill and little bit far from the city center. We came by bike and it wasn’t an issue for us at all. However you can always take a grab which is not that expensive. It’s perfect location if you would like to visit Clay tunnel and and Datanla waterfall.

The main challenge for us is that they only accept cash (as they didn't have a card machine!) We had issues with our UK based bank card as the ATMS in Vietnam only allow us to withdraw very small amounts (for extortionate fees!) Whilst I appreciate this isn't the fault of the hotel, we had to then get a Grab taxi to their 'sister hotel' across town to pay the hotel bill using their card machine as a work around. My recommendation for improvement to the hotel would just be to install a card machine as this will be required for many travellers and would make life a lot easier for all! We asked for a fan for our room because there wasn't air con or a fan already in there - it was mainly to drown out general noise as well as to keep cool because we are light sleepers. Our fridge didn't work in the room but hope they can fix that. The room was a little small to move around (however looked exactly like the pictures to be fair so wasn't a surprise). This location requires a walk into town or a Grab taxi as its a little way out. We knew that in advance but just letting others know. Grabs were very efficient. It was a nice place but a little baffled as to why the reviews were 9.6 at the time of writing in comparison to other places we've stayed at in Vietnam! I've rated it an 8 which I think is fair.

Staff friendly and helpful upon arrival. Everything was clean in the room and bed was big and comfortable. Decent shower. Cute cafe over the road, which served nice cheap coffee and had loads of amazing cats and dogs who were friendly! Nice dawn and dusk views over the city.
