Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Telling me I have 1/2 hour to leave on checkout day. This is after I asked for a late checkout. I was also told I would be changed 30% if not out in 1/2 hours time. And she was rude about it.

as with every place in vietnam there is always mold on the curtains in the shower. it's as if no one has heard of bakong soda & water. other than that its a quality hotel where they change the sheets every time and wipe everything down.

The gym and rooftop bar were non existent.

Window cannot be open, and room was very stuffy. Only AC can cool it down, but I was feeling bad and dry when ac turned on.
Good location, close to not popular beach. Everyday cleaning service of the room.

In the small gym ?! Everything was broken. I told the receptionist and she not answered my question and told me go to nearby gym.stupid response 😒. I asked for A dubble bed.but they push 2 single beds together. Which moved apart very easily. AND covered the whole small room.another stupid solution.

1. The main reason we chose the hotel was because it advertised that it had a SWIMMING POOL - which we expected to be able to use and realax in. When we undressed, put on our swimming togs and went there, THE WATER WAS COLD!

- At the night that I arrived for my original booking my flight was delayed by 2 hours, so I've arrived at 1am instead of 11pm. The receptionist refused to check me in because it was after check in hours and I had to find another hotel for that night. Technically those are the rules, but I'd expect them to be a bit more flexible in such cases. - Some things about the facilities weren't perfect, the bathroom lock didn't work, the shower's door isn't fully sealed so some water gets out etc. (nothing major so I didn't even bother to report to the hotel staff) - location is a bit far from the center and from the beach
- Room size was huge - Bed was comfortable - Staff are nice and helpful - WiFi was excellent

a bit loud from the main road though and far from good restaurants. It was not the cleanest and the room smelled a bit stale.

Could have used more towels- there was 3 of us and only 2 towels. Da Nang is very wet this time of year so everything was damp

Broken treadmill which made up 98 % of the gym lol. Very old towels including ripped half towels for bath mats which we needed because the shower flooded the bathroom. Very flat pillows and none to spare. It needs a really good deep clean.
You get what you are paying for. The advertisement is definitely over promising and under delivering, that said staff are great, from reception to housekeeping all really kind people! The location is alright too, close to the market and short walks or taxi to the beach and restaurants etc.

It was opposite the Mobi360 24-hour gym. So that was the main reason for my stay. The staff were really helpful and friendly.

The internet has been down sometimes. The temperature of the shower water changes suddenly.
The reception, cleanliness, room size and comfortable bed. This hotel has become one of my favorite hotels.
