The hostel is in a good location and it‘s very easy to meet people. They offer free beers every day where you can meet new people. The staff was super friendly and will help you with any questions.

The 4 person dorm was quite cramped. Sometimes the social atmosphere can be very quiet and you'd have to be the one with the initiative to socialize and talk to other people. Free "beer" at happy hour wasn't really beer.

The 10 person dorm was quite spacious. The staff, especially Nancy, are all very knowledgable, can recommend the kind of tours you want to do, and take care of the travel arrangements. Good breakfast available and they will gladly refill your water for you.

The rooms were pretty small and I had some people in my room that were loud or kept turning the AC to a point that was way to warm. So sleep wasn't the best.

Good location, good facilities, enjoyed the free beer as a good way to meet people.

Staff room is located in 6th floor (where I stayed) and early morning chatter woke me up a few times, so if you are a light sleeper perhaps request a different floor.

Good location, and very well designed accommodation. Dorm beds are extremely comfortable and private (I stayed in 6 bed female dorm). Easy steps to top bunks. Big lockers and hot showers with good water pressure. In house restaurants/bar. Enormous shout-out to Nancy and staff at reception for their exceptional service booking transport, tours, activities. They made everything so easy. They absolutely go above and beyond to ensure you have a fantastic experience in Vietnam. Super friendly and efficient. I will absolutely visit again when back in Hanoi. Thank you!!!! 🫶

Great location. Staff super friendly and helpful. Lift to all floors. Showers ok and hot. Clean, very good cleaning staff. Beds comfy, although mattress a little too firm. Hot water for own drinks on asking. Tea/coffee/drinks availability to buy. Free beer 30 mins each evening. Activities available

The free beer was a bit disappointing - expected a nice cheap bottle or can but got some questionable drafts..

My second time staying here, this time I brought a friend too. The staff are patient and helpful, they are super experienced and kind. The breakfast has something for everyone and service is quick.

One of the best hostels i have ever stayed. very clean with comfortable bed and lot of storage space.it is located next to everything in the old quarter of Hanoi.the staff was very helpful and polite while the one day excursion they booked me to Halong Bay was excellent.i totally recommend it.

Stayed in a women 4 bed dorm and it was maybe a little small, if you had to repack big luggage. But really that was a minor inconvenience

Amazing hostel to meet new people. Great breakfast and social times without being a party Hostel. Clean rooms, I've never had any bed clean like here. Also you have little shelves and, curtains and lockers by the beds, which adds so much comfort. Location is amazing, in a lively neighborhood, but in a quiet street. So you have the advantage of the proximity, but can sleep peacefully at night.

Only minor things to mention on the downside: quite hard pillow and mattress, but you get used to it quickly. Little bit of confusion with the payment happened, because different employees were not aligned about my prepayments, but it got resolved soon.

The helpful mindset of most of the employees is great! Nancy and her colleagues were helping out with any type of questions and issues. Even when I needed a box for a fragile souvenir, one of the colleagues helped me to make a stable hand made box of carton :) Thanks for that! The hostel is organising many events to bring together the visitors, like free beer happy hour, cooking class and free walking tours, while at the same time doesn't allow noise and crazy party vibes, which I liked. A good balance. The rooms were well equipped with lockers etc and everything was clean.

I lived on the 6 bedroom dorm and we had a private bathroom but there aren’t any ventilations there so you get a warm and musty smell from the bathroom and the shower. The bathroom could need a good deep clean

Lee, Billy and the rest of the team are AMAZING! Thank you all! The staff was so kind, funny, sweet and cool I really liked everyone there. A lot of social stuff to do and they have a lot of activities for you as a solo traveler to meet other people. The 6 bedroom room is massive and with a lot of sunlight exposure, next to the balcony which is very beautiful. Super center but perfect in the corner as you won’t hear the busy street from Old Town - amazing location

Location wise, the Hostel is in an ideal position for exploring, everything is close by. Everything about the hostel was really great, the staff were all very friendly and helpful, there is an indoor restaurant and bar, the breakfasts were very cheap, and the quantity you got was exceptional. Although I usually like to plan my own itinerary, there is also an onsite tour company, which was very helpful and cost effective. They do free walking-tour everyday which I did, it was very informative and helped me get my bearings.

Room a bit small but most of the day it's empty

Very clean. Room serviced every day, same with the communal bathrooms. Free beer from 6:30pm to 7pm. Staff very friendly and helpful. Located in the middle of the city. 2 lockers in the room for everyone. 1 very convenient next to the bed. Beds with curtains

A bit expensive for Hanoi, and I wouldn’t recommend booking buses with them, rather to go directly to the agency

There was a mixup and insted of the 6-bed room i got to the 4-bed room. I really advise to book the 6-bed room, more space, more comfort.
