It doesn't have a hostel feeling, the lobby is dark and not welcoming. The receptionist was helpful but not particularly friendly. One night we we disturbed by people yelling in the corridor.

A typical hotel, the room was comfortable and clean. One english speaking staff booked bus ticket for us. The location is good, in a small alley next to other hotels, a street market and close to Bui Vien, main city attractions, and the city bus station if you don't feel like walking (very convenient and cheap!). Overall ok for a night or 2

No proper ventilation, the hostel location is packed inside a narrow street and there is no room for ventilation, only one window ventilation available inside the room. Not good for families but singles/bachelors can prefer to stay.

The only downside was some guests leaving their trash behind and being a bit too casual in the lobby—please be mindful and respectful of shared spaces and the hardworking hotel staff.

This is our second time staying at this hostel with my family (kids and grandma). It’s not your typical hostel—no parties, just big tour groups staying for one or two nights and regular travellers of all ages. We love it because the owner is a wonderful woman, and the staff is professional, patient, and kind. The hostel is clean and comfortable, and we especially like the rooms with two double beds. Over the past two years, it has maintained the same high standards, which speaks to the owner’s professionalism. Breakfast is included, and the location is excellent. It’s tucked away in a narrow street, typical of Saigon, and sheltered from the city's noisy main roads—we slept very well. Everything you need is nearby: a fresh market for fruit, a supermarket, plenty of coffee shops, bars, and restaurants. You can easily walk to Binh Tan Market. The hostel can also arrange airport pickup if you're unfamiliar with the area. This is the only place I’ll stay in Saigon—we love this little street filled with caring people. See you next time!

They say they clean your room if you’re staying 2 nights or more but they never did. Bathroom is very small and water goes everywhere. Can be noisey at night in corridors. Aircon acted up twice.

The hotel is so noisy! We could hear people in the ground floor talking even though we had closed door on in our third floor room! We could also hear everything happening in the bathroom of the room next door and some child running around on the floor above. Our room was also not clean at all! The curtains had brown staining, the curtain rods were covered in grime and dust, the linnen and towels had spots of brown color, the walls had black streaks across them, and the bathroom had mould in corners and ceiling panels. The breakfast was very limited, but the food normal for Vietnam. OK for one or two nights, but then you'd want something else.

The location was good, with both some small vendors close by, walking distance to bus station, and lots of sights.

I stayed here with my friend for 3 nights! The accommodation was very fit to our budged. At the beginning, we thought low budged low quality but absolutely NOT, the room was very clean and efficient, at mid night there were some noise then i walked down to tell the manager, in a second the whole floor backed into the quite as before The thing i loved most in this place that the staffs were super nice, i provided us all of helpful information which were useful for our trip. The lobby down stair had the atmosphere making you feel like a family Anw, this place is worth staying if you are looking for a good place with a satisfied services

I stayed a couple of weeks ago and had a great room (405) but this time i stayed in 402 and it was so vad. AC didnt work, the bed was super uncomfortable and no hot water. Im super disapointed. Staff speaks very bad english.

I like the breakfast, super fit for my preferences (noodles, bread, fruits, egg, veggies, tea/coffee/juice,) it was more than enough and they are very generous. The location is perfect for tourists, steps away from the bus station to Phnom Penh, which I totally needed plus very close to many sights as well especially the interesting War museum, Ben Tanh market, etc. The owner and staff were very helpful and accommodating.
