Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesThe room decor is really pretty, easy access via elevator, and the view is great. Bed is comfy and the AC works fine. We didn't use the balcony, no seat. Spot-on recommendation for lunch. We went back twice to Nem Nuong Phuong. Room could use a closet or more surface (table) to put luggage. Also a safe would be nice.

RussiaThe hotel exceeds my expectations! We lived on level 1 with a beautiful view on the city (Dalat "Eiffel Tower", Cathedral and other). It was very clean, good beds and linen, good enough included breakfast. Personal is very friendly and helpful, very nice wooden lobby and room design, useful set for tea and tasty tea for it. In total - very good quality of stay with a friendly price.

United KingdomOur room faced onto the road, there was quite a lot of noise at night and early morning as we slept with windows open but it was quite minor really. The bed was very firm, but we've found that in a few of the other Vietnamese hotels we've stayed in.
The room was lovely, decorated to a high standard, and we love the wood used all around the hotel. Bathroom was also nice and bottled water each day a pleasant bonus.

CanadaThe toilet area is a little squished in the bathroom, and water from the shower can make the whole bathroom floor slippery.
We had a spacious room with a very comfortable bed. The room had lots of natural light and windows that open to catch the mountain breeze. The shower is large and worked well. The staff replenish your water and towels each day. The staff are extremely helpful!! We had some flight issues, and they helped us contact the airlines. They also recommended a tour that was fabulous when we ran out of things to do and made an appointment for me at a spa. Breakfast options were decent.

AustraliaThe first room at the Pi Hotel didn't have a sealed door to the outside balcony and it was noisy and a lot of light pollution at night. The room was small and didn't have a fridge for cold drinks or food purchased.
We upgraded after one night in the hotel to a suite at the hostel for the extra space in bedroom and bathroom area which also had a fridge and better ammenities. We were glad we did as it rained most of one day and we stayed in our room until it stopped. There was also a small coffee table and chairs and plenty of room to move about.

United StatesBreakfast was adequate without much variation. Not a lot of walkable restaurant choices. Some nearby construction. None of these would be a deal breaker.
The decor and ambiance was very chill. The wood carvings and stone fixtures made this new hotel very unique. The room was spacious with special amenities such as tea set and wood foot bath. Set upon a hill, the view of the city was amazing.

GermanyThe breakfast set up. Very cold down there while the wind blows and not enough seats inside. The breakfast was good but wasn’t really matching together. Instead of wooden chairs in the room a small sofa would make total difference
Nice location. Nice design. Really thoughtful. Beds are comfy. Amazing view from Deluxe room. Gym!

NetherlandsVery small room especially with two luggages. Some rules that I have never seen in my lifetime and if caught you can pay fine by breaking these nonsense rules. Examples you are not allowed to have alcoholic drinks in your room eventhough they sell craftbeer at the reception. Not allowed to have food in the room.
Friendly staff. Good selection of local craftbeer. Location is okay

IndonesiaThe beds were very hard. I don't like to complain because the aesthetic and care of this place is really lovely, but I had trouble sleeping on such a firm mattress :)
I really loved the artsy and boutique aesthetic of the place, there were great views and the lobby area was a really nice place to relax. The staff were so kind and helpful.

AustraliaThe worst bit about this place was the breakfast, I have eaten many SE hotel breakfasts but this one was easily the worst choice and quality, often a mess. Note there is construction going on next door that can be very loud and working at night.
Our room was stunning and had a wonderful view of Dalat, everything was wonderfully clean and the downstairs area was also very cool.

IndonesiaThere was a construction with very loud noises at midnight after 10pm and the stuff didn’t even try to find a way to help us with this inconvenience. Instead they were very surprised it was a problem for us. Luckily, they stopped at 00:30. A part from that - the stuff is great - they helped us to rent a scooter and check in/checkout was smooth. Oh, yes, the eggs - you have to boil it yourself and it requires some skill. I believe there should be at least small onboarding how to use egg-cooker and other stuff
We had a suite and it has pretty cool design. It was not cold at night as there’s very warm blanket in the room. Nice bathroom and beautiful view!
