The windows are not sound proof, even on the top floor you can hear the street noises and the pouring rain. It seemed there was a big gap when the windows were placed, like a sort of misconstruction.

Good location and staff was very friendly. We could easily book private cars to the airport through them. Breakfast is small and basic, as mentioned in the reviews, but we liked it. The fitness room was nice. Very clean buildings. We liked the welcome tea. Cosy atmosphere on the main floor.

Been “catfished” a few times with hotels in Vietnam and photos not matching up, but don’t despair with this one. Everything you see is accurate. Room is airy, clean and functional. Well decorated and maintained. Shower is hot. Staff very friendly. Good central location. Laundry service. Wi fi was excellent. Would come back here in a heartbeat.

We came here after we 'fled' a different hotel down the street that was just horrible. We came here and immediately relaxed. Such a beautiful place, clean and super comfortable sheets. I tried to look up the brand of the sheets but couldn't find it.

A very comfortable hotel with a beautiful view of the mountains, a huge comfortable bathroom, fast WiFi and a places to work with a laptop. I would also like to note that the room was cleaned every day and was very clean.

This is a pity - the windows are not soundproof- there are gaps actually and you can hear noise from the road, as if you've left a window open. It's better over the weekend. It didn't keep me awake, but light sleepers, take note.

Had the most pleasant stay. I am very happy about this and a very happy place. Excellent service, friendly, available, and attentive staff. Quick responses on message. Great hospitality. The girls play lovely music all the time. They are kind and I hope appreciated for what they do. Love the architecture and interior design. Very nice lounge area. Clean and spacious. The best Indian restaurant down the road. Otherwise, nothing close by and worth mentioning. Location is good to get everywhere and a quieter spot in a very busy town. Bed is large, firm and super comfortable, best I've come across for a long time. Large bathroom/ wetroom- you need to manage i. Otherwise, everything gets wet. Breakfast was fresh and good, a bit of everything, although the same every day. Lovely breakfast area. Sunny and inviting.

We’ve been traveling for a 4 months around Southeast Asia and this was mine and my husband’s favorite stay so far! The staff was absolutely wonderful, all the girls were super sweet. The decor in the hotel including the room is super unique and very chill vibes. The breakfast, coffee shop on site and gym were great. Great location as well. Could not recommend this place enough.

Everything is clean and peaceful! They always offer you tea when you stay in the lobby. Hotel staff are beyond enthusiastic and kind!! This out of the busy area so peaceful stay is guaranteed

I had mosquito on 2nd night ( maybe because I opened the window during the night when sleeping, but I think the hostel should equip an electric mosquito catchers for guests in the room, because no air-conditioning. Mosquito disrupted my sleep). Breakfast is not good, I think it’s not mainly due to the food but the way of arrangement.

Nothing. Everything exceeded our expectations.

Everything is just perfect in this hostel. The staff are a huge added value to the whole experience. They are SO attentive and SO welcoming that you feel like home. The facilities are awesome if you're working remotely and there is no need to go to a cafe as the hostel has beautiful setups and there are power points everywhere. Also, the breakfast is AWESOME. We loved it so much that we decided to extend our stay for a week and we'll come here every time we come back to Da Lat.

There is no fan in the room. I was the only one, staying near the balcony, I open the door and still sweat abit, if there are more people, no air circulation will be stuffy.

My room overlooked the streets and if you are not used to barking dogs, motorcycles and truck and bus horns, you might find it hard to sleep

Room was lovely and clean. Breakfast was a buffet style and very adequate. I had the muesli (which I loved) and it is so rugged you could use it to relieve constipated elephants (not a criticism, just be aware!!). The kitchen/dining area furniture is awesome.
