Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

VietnamI booked for 4 days 3 nights, from Thursday to Sunday, with the expectation to work remotely in Friday then chill for the weekend. However, Pullman seemed to have different plan for me :). At around 9-10pm Thursday, the AC started to make this weird noise, worried about my coming sleep, I promptly asked the reception for a technician to come and it was quickly resolved. Turned out the AC fan must be set at the lowest level, cause its too old. :) thought I was all set and went to sleep, only to be woken up at 2am-ish by this loud, screeching noise, cause by the ventilators. Called the reception again, technician came, one look and he told me I have to change room. Guess the hotel is too old and this is such a common occurrence that theres no need for further investigation, or I looked too annoyed and tired to be able to wait for him to work it out. So in the dead of the night, my husband and I had to pack our asses to be moved to another room (I planned for 3 nights so i kinda just set my stuffs all over the room, so the process was DREADFUL), and were told that we would be eligible for late check out the next day. Umm I booked for 3 nights, not 1 so from my pov that offer didnt really stand. I had to work Friday feeling all sluggish, a total zombie for the day. Only to go out searching for smt local for lunch and comeback to realize both our room keys are locked :) so again, drag myself to the reception, without apologizing the receptionist (~3pm friday afternoon shift) just handed over my keys again, and onlysaid sorry for the inconvenience after I question her if i should be expecting any more problem regarding our stay here. So NO. I would not book here EVER AGAIN. This is like playing russian roulette and you never know whether the rooms you got is good or too old to be functioning properly (this is my 2nd time staying here, first is okay). Pullman, you gotta do some serious maintenance work.
The odd size of the pillow. It kinda fit my neck perfectly. The technicians are nice, the night shift staffs and rivera restaurant are nice, as for while i got to meet them, please read below.

TaiwanThe water quality of the swimming pool is not as good as I expected.
Friendly staff, comfortable space and quiet. It is the first choice to introduce to my friends at any time. All will be no problem. Since I have stayed in all five-star hotels in this area, I will definitely arrange for my business clients or family members to choose pullman directly.

Everything! One particular member of staff at the front desk, Phu, went to great lengths to make our stay, and in particular, one member of our group that had requested her assistance and she went up to and beyond to solve the problem. Great service. Please pass on our thanks to Phu.

SingaporeThe front desk staff were very helpful and allowed us to check-in even though we were 3 hours early. We were most impressed by the hospitality of the GM David de Brito. He waited for us in the lobby while we had lunch and assisted us in getting transportation to the Jesus Statue. As it was the Lunar new year, we waited quite some time without success in getting a grab car. So when David saw the hotel van drive into the hotel, he got the driver to give us a lift! We had a very nice seafood dinner in the restaurant just across the road from the hotel recommended by David.

South KoreaEverything was just perfect. The second morning the coffee machine was not working in the breakfast room, and I was unable to get an espresso from the staff.
This is 5-stars hotel and a new building. I liked the design and hige size of the bathroom / shower / wardrobe area. Large room with comfortable working space. The lobby design and overall decoration is amazing.

Vietnam- room arrangement (My wife and I travel to enjoy weekend on our special event. The hotel staff arranged a room with 2 beds for 3 persons. When I asked to change room with 1 bed for 2 persons, they asked to charge more, though the room is smaller. Luckily, they withdrawed the charge) - noisy room (might impact by woody curtains) - toilet doors's unreasonable design (I hit my head to the door). Be careful if you stay here.
+ Clean room + Location is good, though not great as other hotels close to the beach

Vietnam- The room had the very poor lavabo tap. - Accident but cool reaction: The thick curtain whole left bar had fallen just infront of me when I touched it to adjust. Luckily I was not hit by it. When I let the Receptionist to know about the accident, no reaction such as: asking how I was; running to view - just cool. But Pullman manager wrote a sorry letter late in the next day. - Average cleaning services: After 5-hour outing of my room til 11am, no cleaning had done. When it was done, in 10 minutes and left their facial cloth, not a cleaning cloth. My question was how clean 5-star Pullman housing services were actually given. - Discrimation: I got the feeling and ashamed that this 5-star Pullman Vung Tau had discreminated their country guests and foreigners and/or by using Booking not direct booking. It was the worst experience I used Accor’s accomodation services.
I got a good seaview highfloor twin room as booked.

VietnamI booked the 80m2 suite room with executive lounge for business meetings. However they said the executive lounge is closed during weekdays. Then they offered me the one hour in the meeting room with very dark walking and strong smell. I didn’t accept that. Then they opened the lounge for me. The lounge was really messy and strong smell. It didn’t ’t look like their photos. I couldn’t have meetings there. It was really disappointed. In the morning breakfast, the manager came to talk to me about their problems with Covid time. I could understand their situation but they should remove the executive lounge from the booking so I could arrange my business trip better.

VietnamThere breakfast was quite basic for a 5 star hotel. For instance the breakfast buffet had ONLY 2 juices, Guava and beetroot. No orange juice during breakfast? Its available but for a $6 surcharge. Likewise I tried to get a small ice bucket delivered to the room and was ask to pay $5 for the ice (Cash only, no receipt). The pool area is extremely poor. Not in-line with other Pullman I have been to.
The room is comfortable and quiet. Bed and shower are good.
