Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomWe stayed two nights - but my daughter was hospitalised after a seizure on day two, so second night was spent in hospital , when we came back on check out day I asked if my daughter could have a shower and sort herself out - but I had to pay an extra day for use of a room for two hours .... a little dissapointing

FranceThe hotel has only been open for 2 months so it is still in soft opening mode. Many of the facilities were therefore not available. This did not bother us but it might bother others. It is a very big hotel so be prepared to walk long corridors!
The location suited us on the beach but easy to get into town by taxi. The staff were great, all trying their best to please the guests. The food was good although with a limited choice. The rooms are very nice.

United StatesWe received letters stating that all reservations were cancelled due to some internal issues and that everyone had to relocate to other hotels after complaining to Booking.com I was assured that someone would get back to me with an update that never occurred. Your company Booking.com never bothered to assist your client myself with relocating me to another hotel or anything and for that Booking.com I give you a ZERO.
the staff was very attentive, the property itself is very nice, the location is now closed.

IndiaMore vegetarian/Vegan options can be included in both breakfast and A la carte restaurants.
Staff, resort and beach is awesome. Staff and hospitality is really good. They upgraded our room also without any extra charge. Beach and different kinds of pools are fun.

GermanyOnly 2 very minor things: - I would have liked if there had been a shower outside when you come from the beach to wash the sand of your feet. - the air conditioning is a bit loud. As said these are minor issues that didn’t bother me too much, I’m just mentioning it as feedback for the hotel.
The Radisson Blu Resort Hoi An lives up to the 5 star standard in every possible way. The rooms are modern and stylish, quiet and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast has plenty of options and everything is high quality, even the coffee was so good. Staff are lovely. The gym is quite big and well equipped. The beach just in front of the hotel is clean, I assume the hotel is taking care of it. We stayed 3 days and regret that we didn’t plan a longer stay because we didn’t want to leave.

NorwayNothing at all
We traveled in Vietnam for over 2 weeks and stayed at 5-star hotels in different cities. This stay was the most amazing. It is a very new hotel that is set to fully open in April 2025. The staff is fantastic—they treat you like a VIP. You are always taken care of and feel safe and welcome. So far, this has been the best stay in Vietnam. Regards, Mindaugas & Evelina
