the shower door opened onto the toilet and we’re not large people and had difficulty getting in the shower, anyone who isn’t steady on their feet may have difficulty

The door to the room was like the thinnest door ever. I think cardboard would have been better at stopping sound out in the hallway. We were on the 10th floor and there are lots of family rooms and there was kids running around until like 11pm or midnight. If the doors were normal size this wouldnt have been an issue, but these doors were way too thin.

Good value for money. Good location. Comfortable beds. Personally I liked the breakfast, but in three days it didnt change much. Nice staff who spoke English (during the day). Very clean. Overall it was great except for....

we brought in our motorbike with full tank of gas at the venue parking, and by the time we picked it back up, the tank was empty :( pool on the rooftop was a bit dirty (used masks floating in it) fridge in the room was not working

My family booked 3 rooms. One of them got stuck with toilet & bathroom. We requested to fix, after finish they left the bathroom wet and did not clean. Do not have minibar, when I asked for more water, they brought me as the same free bottle water everyday and charged me the price of minibar. It's fair for my request, but it was inconvenience. My payment was higher than the final price I booked on Booking.com. The staff told me because of tax 8% and fees 5%. If you are the next customers, check the fees or make sure you did not misunderstanding. It is a bit hard to find the way to the beach. And take you around 10 minutes to the beach.

The staff have been very lovely and always happy to help or answer and questions. we loved the pool and the view from our room, the shower was great too. We will miss Menora Grand and Da Nang!

I read many reviews on Bookings so my expectation is high. And they did delivered. Room is beautiful with a classic taste. Facilities are new. Bed is comfortable with 4 soft pillows 😍 Staffs know what they are doing, clear explanation about my questions (their price here is excluded tax 8% and service charge 5%). I especially appreciate the positive service of Xuan. Big pool with a sea view bar. I paid only 13$ for this room so it’s super good deal.

If you stay on the 10th floor it is a bit noisy because all the people go there for the swimmingpool

The breakfast wasn't great. Western section consisted of fruit and bread, both of which were covered in flies.

This place is definitely great value for money. The room was large and comfortable, had the best nights sleep so far in Vietnam! The staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful-even letting us leave our bags with them overnight so we could travel to Hanoi on a motorbike. Really appreciated the staff here.

The breakfast is Asian. So if you are not used to eating rice and noodles for breakfast there was not much other options beside toast and marmelade. It would be nice to have some more light food as well.

The room vas specious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. We liked the location as it was close to the beach. The stuff was very friendly althoug some of the receptionist did not speak english. All together the staying at the hotel was nice.
