Wow! Because the room is really nice and new, the staff always smiles and proactively asks me, the breakfast is just enough for my needs. Only 4 minutes walk to the beach. This time I stayed in Da Nang for 1 night, I will definitely come back for a longer vacation.

The room is beautiful and clean, the staff is super lovely and always willing to help, especially the chef always made breakfast according to my special request with enthusiasm. The location is great, there is everything I need: ATM, supermarket, bar, restaurant, specialties, gas station, cafe shop, My Khe beach... When we checked in, our room was short of towels, I called the reception to help and they happily prepared towels for us even though it was late. We loved everything here.

This hotel is very nice. Near sea, Their has restaurant, small, supermarket, coffee house and highlands coffee. The breakfast is delicious. All staff is very friendly, enthusiasm. Especially the receptionist girl smile with me. I will come back this hotel.

Booked a 2-bed room which was quite spacious and the 2 beds were comfortable, no back pain like other hotels I have been to, for 2 people and a child it was very comfortable, the hotel staff were very enthusiastic, the staff at the restaurant were very dedicated and attentive, the receptionist in the lobby was cheerful and cute and the security guards Tony and David were also attentive. Very satisfied with this trip and the hotel service 🥰

This is one of the best hotels in Da Nang that I have ever been to, especially the receptionist is super cute, enthusiastic, never lacking greetings or smiles with guests. In addition, the restaurant food is delicious, the 15th floor swimming pool has a beautiful view, cool wind, chill chill. The male bellman is also very enthusiastic in helping me carry my luggage, as well as showing me the room. My room is always prepared neatly, clean, the tip is worth it. Next to the hotel, there is a supermarket where you can buy everything, just 3 minutes to the beach. The beach is also wonderful. We were supported to upgrade the room for free. Everything is great. I will come back here and recommend it to my friends.

Everything was great

We were welcomed with a beautiful smile and made to feel like valued guests. Lani was extremely helpful and took note of some dietary requests and made sure to communicate this to the kitchen staff which is the best service I think we have had in Vietnam. The room was spotless and super comfortable. Breakfasts had lots of options I loved the warmth of all the staff here and would definately return. Keep doing what your doing

Unable to get a key each so each guest must return together to be able to get into room, this also mean electricity switches off while you are out of the to including air-conditioning

Very clean, 7’ walk to My Khe beach, staffs were helpful and friendly; buffet breakfast was excellent with fresh cut fruit, salad and other …. ( pho, rice, yams, sticky rice…)

The room was not ready for us for our party of three. They only have towels, toothbrushes, slippers and pillows for 2 people. They asked us to check for ourselves whether there was anything missing and to inform them within 20 minutes, otherwise they will charge us as extras. Also, they said they didn't have the 3rd slippers until the next morning. There was no shower stall nor shower curtain to prevent the water from the shower to spread all the way to the toilet and the wash basin area. The whole bathroom became wet and slippery I almost fell.

The location is very near to the beach and they have motorbikes for rent. The bed was comfortable and clean. The breakfast area was good, food can be better.

Location is perfect, Lady Budha statue and ocean ia seen from the room. Receptionist is pleasant talking. Decent breakfast.
