We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

CanadaThe room was small. Much smaller than advertised. There was sometimes issues getting hot water. No fault of the hotel themselves, the nearby church rings their bells at very odd hours, generally very, very early in the morning which wakes us up.
The location is good. Walkable to many different attractions. The staff were very friendly and the hotel is clean.

IndiaNo free drinking water bottles in rooms. It is outrageous. No canteen at all. Must restore!
Value for money and prime location. Average set of amenities/facilities. Might have provided freewater in rooms, however only at reception from dispensing machine. Earlier (it was not my first time with ACE), before COVID, there was a canteen catering for the gests. However, no more.... It is advised to reinstate the canteen to enhance the service.

VietnamDirty and dusty room. Damaged walls. Theres an unknown odor. Wrinkled sheets that seemslike it was not changed (night shift guy was having attitude when I asked if he could change sheets saying they were wrinkled cuz its bagged). Dirty bathroom, cheap shower is falling off. My room is too small for 2 queen beds. The 2nd room I booked for my cousins is fine but also cost less which makes me unhappier. Could not figure out how to get the tv to work. Wifi could not reach my room on 8th floor. My room looks nothing like the pictures.
