Everything, Location is very close to Sapa Lake. You can go anywhere from here. Great facilities. Owner are very nice person. Always take care of their guests. You can book Fansipan cable car ticket, Trekking tour, Hanoi Bus Ticket from here at very very reasonable price.

The host is super helpful, she provided me with bed a little early . I was sick the day before so she prepared tea for me. Also checked my health from time to time. The beds are super comfortable and all their tours and bike rental are priced well. I was on a 20 day trip to Vietnam and this is the best hostel I have stayed in so far. Soaps , shampoo and dental kit are kept in abundance for use. Tea bags and coffee pouches too with an electric kettle. Water can be filled for free if you have a bottle.

It was so clean and smelt very fresh too. The beds were so comfy! We stayed here twice; before and after hiking and it was perfect. The water was always hot and the Wi-Fi was good. The staff were very friendly and spoke great English. All in all I would definitely recommend!

I only stayed one night at the accommodation and booked this place because it was close to the bus station, and it was good because I could walk 15 minutes from there. the room is clean and the people are very kind.

WIFI a little patchy — for anyone remote working, recommend getting a Vietnamese SIM from Vinaphone in town (for hotspotting).

Lovely hostel in the heart of Sapa — just a stone’s throw from the lake and tons of shops and restaurants. Spacious room, comfortable beds, and clean bathroom. Owner and her family are also extremely friendly.

The cost of one item on the food menu was outdated resulting in a different price for breakfast than what we expected (this was only a minor issue but it would have been better menu and prices were accurate).

Great location, close to the lake and restaurants but on a quiet side street. Very nice staff that was helpfull in booking an extra night and washing our clothes

It smelled a bit musty in the room at times.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owner is super friendly and helpful. She organises everything and has a lot of insider information. This is the nicest host we've encountered in all of Vietnam so far. The place is cozy and warm when it gets cold outside. Location is good. Within walking distance to the city centre. WiFi was good and the shower hot. We extended our stay and we would come back anytime.
