SingaporeI found everything to my delight. Perhaps the lift needs some upgrading - very slow and not synchornized.
The breakfast is very sumptuous and has lots of variety. Service was very good. The conceirge was very helpful. He helped us to order Banh Mi from the very famous shop and organized the delivery to us for bringing back on our flight. The room was very spacious and bed very comfortable.

SingaporeWell, i did invite couple guests during my 2 days stay. What i observed is that some staff do not call and verify before allowing the visitors up. So i was a little bit surprised when my guests appeared at my room but wasn't a biggie. A concern is if somehow some one managed to get your room number it may be a security concern. Aside, really nothing i can complain of.
Location is fantastic. Walking distance to most malls nearby e.g. saigon centre, saigon square, times square hotel etc. Right in the heart of the central district 1. Really nothing to complaint about here. Once exiting the hotel, you get convenience stores, massage services, taxi services, food and café options all within a stone's throw away. My studio room was a little too big for a solo traveler like me but i do love the space for that matter. Guests services were lovely as well from start to end. Was being treated and valued like a VIP throughout and it feels very personalized. Just overall a super stay.
