This was a very special birthday cruise for me, I’d spent ages researching all Ha Long bay cruises and finally chose this one and it certainly didn’t disappoint. Staff and crew were lovely, friendly and very attentive. Food very amazing catering to my dietary requirements. Room with balcony would highly recommend. Even had a massage and the girls in the spa were lovely. Thank you for the big happy birthday performance and cake. Thank you to Morning, Vinnie, Sunny and all the staff for making my birthday magical.

Wasn't clear that we weren't going to cruise down Halong Bay and were stopping in another bay. Also would have been lovely if we had the option to sitnon the deck and have our cocktails/drinks. Maybe an option to have a simpler meal so we got more time to sit and enjoy the view

Great cruising experience. Andy the manager was exceptionally professional and friendly, went out of his way to accommodate. Early morning Tai chi session on top deck with him was unique. They all worked hard on giving a culinary experience. It´s a wooden boat, so the wood creaks and croaks a bit, but I guess that makes it all the more authentic.

Wow loved our cabin - booked ‘senior suite balcony’ which was all that was available at the time of booking and what a cabin!! We actually had two bedrooms to ourselves one with a small viewing balcony and a large balcony to off the main room too! The Ha Long Bay Area was very picturesque despite the slightly overcast weather. The organisation of the cruise was excellent from start to finish (Vinh our Cruise Manager organised our return transfer from our hotel to the port). The food was amazing and I thoroughly enjoyed the cooking class and early morning tai chi class (despite being rather useless at it). All in all a wonderful experience because of the peace and quiet, wonderful crew and the other passengers who were all very friendly but also because Vinh is such a wonderful Cruise Manager.

Signature cruises are a very well organised company. We booked through booking. Com and everything ran so smoothly from hotel transfer to from the cruise and throughout the whole 2 days. The staff were exceptional, nothing was too much trouble, they really wanted you to enjoy the experience. Special thanks to Lily in food and beverages and to cruise directors Ha and Morning who made the whole experience memorable. We stayed in the suite at the front of the boat that had a lovely sitting area. Very spacious room.Just check what cabin you are choosing, some seemed very small. The food was delicious and well presented, probably too much, not a criticism some people like a lot of food, you certainly won’t go hungry. We did the 2 night stay and I would recommend this one. I think just one night would feel like it’s over too soon. We got to do more, like visiting the floating fisherman’s village,kayaking and a cave that was less busy than the one day people were taken to.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two-night stay with Signature Cruises. Our cruise manager, Andy, was a wonderful host and ensured we were well cared for throughout our stay. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the meals on board the boat were exceptional. We really enjoyed our two kayaking experiences, visits to the caves, a swimming off the boat, in addition to appreciating the scenic beauty of Halong Bay.

We took the overnight cruise and we loved it! The food was great, varied and numerous dishes. The activities they planned gave us a nice grasp of the Vietnamese culture. All the crew are very attentive and truly nice people. Overall, everything was so well organised from the moment of registering to disembarking. Ha, the manager of our boat, 6 out of 5 stars!!! Absolutely over the moon that we chose to spend our 24 hours at Halong Bay with Signature cruise. We normally don’t do cruise style but what an amazing experience. Staff were superb, special thanks to Morning who went above and beyond. Food was delicious and the rooms luxurious.

Nothing we didn’t like at all! I would just say if you are a looking for a super modern boat then this may not be the cruise for you but it was still very clean, well maintained and spacious.

We had a fantastic time with signature cruises, and enjoyed relaxing while the boat took us to various destinations. Ha and the crew were excellent, very happy and attentive. Everything ran to time which is really important to make the most of the 1 night cruise.

This was wowwww experience. We enjoyed the cruise for 2 days, 1 night and loved absolutely everything. Staff is very kind and helpful. Spectacular scenery in a very comfy room. Amazing food across the 3 days. Ha and Vinh could not do enough , along with all the rest of the staff. Great itinerary made a memorable cruise. When we disembarked, both Ha and Vinh ensured we were still looked after and went out of their way to escourt us to our taxi.

We had the family suite with private terrace and it was better than expected. Really great team, with the cruise manager Vinnie, that was amazing! Superb food - Quality and quantity was perfect. We stayed 2 nights, one night I think is enough, but we had a great time and it was worth every single dong! Thank you so much.
