Brilliantly located near the beach, restaurants, shops. Staff excellent, a reasonably priced laundry service, great value all round. Small con: a little more care cleaning bathrooms wouldn’t go astray.

The windows are dirty and you can't really see outside. The mattress is old, the bed is so sunken, it's not very comfortable …. There's no small refrigerator in the rooms, at least not in room 705 where I stayed.

Luckily, it's very well located; it makes you forget everything else!

I liked the staffs, very helpful and polite. As I understood that they were understaffed at the time we checked in, but they still try their best to accommodate us. I saw one of the staff helping us to check in, carry luggage to our room, work at the counter at night, appear again early morning to serve breakfast in the restaurant. They worked really hard. Location is nice, near the beach, easy for grab to access. Breakfast was basic but nice.

The wifi was slow at times ,and at check out had to pay 100.000 vnd for water what was strange to me .the room felt a bit small but not to bad

Room - During my stay, there was a construction going on in the building right next to the hotel. There were people working there all the time so I could not open the window or curtains at all. The shower in the room was too weak and sometime it took a time to get hot water coming out.

Room - It was nice and cozy room for staying alone. The bed was pretty comfortable and clean. Cleaning service was also great and the room always kept clean. Also, at night over the weekend, I could see the fireworks of Dragon Bridge from my room. (I was staying at 7F.) Breakfast - Fantastic. Food was great and staff was very friendly so that I could start a wonderful day. Location - 5 mins walk from the beach and there were so many local restaurants, spas, cafe so it was a perfect location. Staff - Wonderful staff with kind hospitality. I would say I come back to the hotel to see them again.

Unfortunately, for our final night we were downgraded; tiny room, tiny balcony, big bed, yes, but it pretty much filled the whole room. We didn't bother trying to swing any cats, wouldn't have been able to! Disappointing end to our stay.

We had an upgrade for the first 2 nights of our 3 night stay; the room was really spacious, two beds, big bathroom - all in all a lovely room, well worth the price.

I was going to give 10/10 but they charge us 15$ for a stain on the pillow. It could be us or not and it could be washable or not but the drama made our stay less enjoyable. They also ask the departing taxi to wait somewhere else until we pay the 15$.

There are actually some construction works going on next to the hotel so the view from the room was not as expected to be. The breakfast seemed pretty average to me but still at least they have non-vietnamese option.

Hotel was quite close to the city center, equipment of the room was fine. Helpful staff even though we did not use their offers for trips.

The only thing I didn't like was windows facing the construction side, so it was uncomfortable to open the blinders as there always were workers right in front of my window.

The hotel is located close to the clean and beatuful beach, quite close to the airport. I ordered transfer and it was convenient and fast. Breakfast was really delicious with a wide range of food available (I could enjoy both Asian and European food). Aircon worked perfectly. I also rented a bike and could use for the whole period of stay. The staff was polite and supportive.

The window in my room didn't have a latch so couldn't close - construction and late night bar noise across the street meant this was a problem. Also had to pay cash on check in which I hadn't encountered anywhere else in 3 weeks in Vietnam. Breakfast wasn't great, but I did go down 2 hours after it started so maybe better at 6:30am.

Location was great, it was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly.

Unfortunately I was changed to a different hotel from the same chain because apparently the system didn’t have room for the night I booked in the app. They paid for my transfer from the airport as a compensation. If this establishment is any similar to the other hotel they put me in, it’s not that clean, the place is a little bit old, but it will have just enough to make it comfortable.

There were a couple of areas that left room for improvement. Firstly, the breakfast buffet was quite minimal, and despite bringing it to the attention of the staff multiple times, it was only sporadically replenished. It would have been appreciated if the staff had been more proactive in monitoring and restocking the buffet without prompting from guests. Additionally, given that we were only staying for two nights, we typically do not require daily housekeeping services. However, the cleaning staff kindly asked if they could clean our room, to which we agreed. Unfortunately, the actual service provided was subpar. The bed was not made, and surprisingly, only half of the towels were replaced. One neutral aspect worth mentioning is that there were ongoing construction activities across from our balcony. While we understand that this is beyond the hotel's control, it is still important to note for future guests. It is worth mentioning that our stay took place in May 2023. In summary, our stay at this hotel was generally satisfactory, but there were areas that could be improved upon. The proximity to the beach and city center, as well as the ease and affordability of renting a motor scooter, were definite highlights. However, the issues we encountered with the breakfast buffet and the inconsistency of the housekeeping service left us slightly disappointed. Nonetheless, we appreciate the hotel staff's friendliness and helpfulness throughout our stay.

We booked a deluxe double room with a city view, and while there were some positive aspects, there were also a few drawbacks. On the positive side, the hotel's location was excellent. It was conveniently situated close to both the beach and the city center, making it easy for us to explore the local attractions. Additionally, we found the option to rent a motor scooter from the hotel to be simple and affordable, which enhanced our ability to get around and explore the area at our own pace. Furthermore, we were pleased with the friendly and accommodating nature of the hotel staff. They were always willing to assist us with any inquiries or requests we had during our stay.
