The room in the picture I thought I was getting was completely different to what I received. I specifically picked the style room for the balcony space, couch and table, and because Netflix was on the screen. We didn’t have a couch, only one person could fit on the balcony comfortably and there was no access to Netflix. Because most channels didn’t have shows either in English or that I would like, time relaxing in the room was spent solely sleeping as there was no access to Netflix and no couch. Also, my cleaner didn’t show up one day and the driver never arrived at the airport. When I complained, there was no explanation given and no ride offered from the hotel back to the airport for departure.

The property was nice and well air conditioned but also, my room was old with a damaged shower. There was a large fridge with two of everything and tons of storage space.

The sink in the bathroom was very uncomfortable to use, the space between that and the mirror was just too tight and every time we’d wash our faces the water would go all on the floor.

I liked how the apartment we had was filled with all types of appliances, including a washing machine and AC was provided in every room which we appreciated. The breakfast set up was so wholesome! The food was simple yet delicious. By taxi, it was so easy to reach all main touristy locations within 15/20 minutes (including HCM traffic).

Coffee table and couch were a little fragile with some furniture needing fixing and maybe extra pillows needed.

Great communication from the staff from before check in to picking up luggage after they looked after it as we had a late flight. Willing to help when needed. Also breakfast cooked fresh daily by a solo kitchen lady in a small area with a few tables, small menu with fresh OJ on offer, lovely!

Not a big complaint, but the hotel is located on a street that wouldn't feel safe to walk at night, whereas I was expecting somewhere a bit more bustling. It was definitely bustling, lots of music and things, but not in a way that I felt confident walking around as a solo female traveller. It's right next to a big construction site as well, so overall, I preferred to be picked up outside and dropped off inside, rather than taking advantage of the surrounding area. I never got to take advantage of the free breakfast, as it's in a small room and there were always larger groups that were sitting there. It's quite an intimate space and the brekky seemed quite simple, so it wasn't worth trying to find a spot among big groups who were loud etc. But this isn't a big complaint, I'm sure I could've walked out with a toast if I wanted to.

The room was absolutely beautiful, the bed was comfortable, and the host went out of his way to accommodate my requests for the best room with the best balcony view. It is very close to the city centre, and it takes 3-4 mins by car/bike to get to everything central.

Great apartment to stay in during holiday in city.

Breakfast was okay for a couple, but not ideal for families. Very small breakfast room with only 10 or so seats, we were asked to come back when it was too busy. Breakfast only starting at 7.30am does not work with day tour plans or a those that wake up earlier. We had to buy breakfast out a few days which was ordinary after paying extra for breakfast. Items kept ‘running out’. However, if you have no plans and you’re flexible, breakfast was very tasty.

Excellent location, super spacious 3 bedroom and clean. Fito was excellent, helped with anything we needed. Apartment came with everything we needed for the week. Food options not far away, coffee downstairs and 711 just around the corner.

The check-in can take some time as there is no formal reception. Also we were promised that the apartment will be cleaned every second day although we came stayed there for three nights there was no cleaning done. also, the breakfast is very basic with only one item to choose.

The room did not seem to be a King Deluxe Studio, like we saw in the photos. We did not have a couch (we only had a hard formica surface that was uncomfortable after 10 minutes). The room was smaller than the photos of a King Deluxe Studio (see photos). The breakfast was a choice of a plate of pasta with meat or a plain egg omelet. Omelets are great, but not 5 days in a row.

Clean, great AC, and shopping nearby. The host came quickly and it was an easy check-in.

The kitchen was fairly sparse but when we asked for more glasses, the owner brought us more. We didn't experience breakfast as it was served on a different floor in what appeared to be the owner's apartment and we didn't feel comfortable intruding.

On the whole, the apartment was spacious and comfortable. Air conditioning units throughout.

The walls are too thin. Every night we can hear walking, screeching and dragging of furniture as well as turning on and off of switches. But this may be just the unit upstairs. Don't remember having the same issue with the units we stayed in last year.

The location is good. We stayed in this residence last year which is why we chose this location again, though thru a different agent. There are pharmacies, convenience stores and food places within a min or 2 of the residence.

Very helpful staff. Great setup where you stay in an apartment, and then have breakfast in another apartment which has been converted to an office with a breakfast service. Great location, and easy to get everywhere.

Breakfast starts only at 8am, which was not informed to us before. All day trip starts 7.30am, we never got a chance to have breakfast from the facility.

They upgraded us to a 3 bedroom property but then asked us not to use their bedroom. This was disappointing as we had a very sick daughter and asked if she could use third bedroom.

We couldn't find proper utensils in the apartment, which is unfortunate. We were not able to eat our takeaway food because there weren't enough forks and spoons for just two people.

The apartment was in the 25th floor. So the view was amazing! We loved the modern design of the room. There isn't much to complain about. The password based lock was easy to handle, no worries about losing the key!
