We had an exceptional stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always willing to help and genuinely interested in making our stay as enjoyable as possible. Our room was well-equipped and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was impressive, with a wide variety of delicious options. We were even surprised with a complimentary lunch packet on our departure day, and the hotel kindly stored our luggage for 4 days after we checked out. The hotel's location is also excellent. Overall, we were thoroughly satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming place to stay.

This has been one of the best places I have stayed. The staff couldn’t do enough for you. We had a couple day stay, left to go to Cat Ba. When we came back to Hanoi before our onward travel they let us store our bags & use a room for a shower. Totally great service.

The location to the lake in the old quarter was convenient. Deria checked us in and was thorough and helpful. Lilly always greeted us with a smile and was very helpful and understanding. We stayed three nights and returned for one night after going to Cat Ba. Lilly remembered us from our first visit

The staff are one of the best I have met in my life and I have worked in hospitality in Mayfair London. The location is perfect, the facilities and spa are great and well priced. By far the best reason to visit is the staff treatment. Especially Susan and Lily.

Cute little boutique hotel in hesrt of old quarter stayed two separate nights in between Ha long Bay ,staff are super friendly and check in was easy, Both Susan and Mr Liam were very accomodating and informative. On our early departure, we were to early for breakfast, so they packed us travel packs as they didn't want us travelling on an empty stomach. Would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Solaria Hotel, the service from the second we stepped in the hotel was exceptional. Food in the restaurant was the best we have eaten in Vietnam, drinks on the terrace were fabulous and the best massage I have ever had was in Solaria spa. Attention to detail was fabulous too. Highly recommend!

Super Hotel in a Perfect Location. On arrival we were given a room upgrade with no extra cost and when we left they provided us with food and drinks for our train journey to Sapa. Staff were very friendly and helpful in particular Lily and Grace.

The location of this hotel is ideal for exploring the Old Quarter of Hanoi. It is very close to the lake and situated on a quieter street off the lake. It is the staff that make this hotel, they are just fantastic. They cannot be more helpful and friendly, offering help and guidance of what to do and expect in Hanoi. We stayed here twice whilst visiting Vietnam and the hotel offers terrific value for money given the location, standard of room and staff service. We have no hesitation to recommend you stay here if in Hanoi.

Everything was good for us. I’ve seen the reviews of the beds but for me, they were very comfortable. One small improvement could be more space to store clothing.

The property is in a great, central location but very quiet for sleeping. We were able to explore around the busy city and come back easily to the hotel for a break. The roof top bar is a wonderful spot to sit and relax and enjoy the view. However, the best part about the hotel is the staff! Ryan and everyone who works there was so helpful, friendly and accommodating. We booked some tours and tickets through the hotel and things were organised perfectly. I have travelled all over Asia and the staff at The Solaria will stand out as among the best. I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Hanoi.

I recently stayed at the Solaria Hanoi Hotel and had an overall good experience. Although the rooms are not very spacious, they are clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with all the essentials. The hotel’s location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Hanoi, making it easy to explore the city’s main attractions on foot. The breakfast buffet was good, offering a wide range of tasty local and international dishes to start the day. The staff were friendly and attentive, always eager to help with recommendations and arrangements. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would recommend it for anyone looking to be in the center of the action!
