Nothing. This apartment suited us perfectly for our three night stay in Hanoi.

This property is right in the centre of the Old Quarter so great for sightseeing. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay including a large bathroom with a power shower. Everything was very clean and self check in was straightforward. The property owner was lovely and extremely responsive. She really went out of her way to help us, making sure we had arrived safely, gave us advice about shopping and excursions and was so friendly and kind.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor accessed by a spiral staircase. It could be difficult for someone with mobility issues. Also there were steps between each of the rooms.

The owner gave us very clear instructions on how to self check-in. She quickly responded to questions. The room was spacious and comfortable. There is a bathtub and separate shower in the bathroom.

The only bad part was the hot water didnt fully work all the time. But it wasnt a big issue as the water was not too cold.

It was our favorite accommodation in Vietnam. We arrived in Hanoi late in the evening. Our host sent all the necessary information in advance and helped us online from our arrival at the airport. She recommended local restaurants, programs and helped us with everything we needed. The accommodation is very comfortable, clean, well equipped....Thank you for a pleasant few days. We had a great time.

The stairs can be a bit tricky, so make sure to be careful when carrying your luggage up. Just something to keep in mind for a smoother experience!

Narrow staircase and the unit is on the topmost 3rd floor Tricky to manage luggages into and out of unit Road frontage is also not smooth to pull luggage from the road works in progress at the time

Everything was great! There are some narrow spiral stairs if you have a hard time navigating , especially with luggage.

The location is everything! You can walk to everything in the Old Quarter! The apartment is very spacious, nicely decorated and has everything you will need! The host was lovely and very helpful.

The name of porperty being clearly listed. Its not 'hanoi old quarter', thats simply the location. The real name is Maison de Lune. Its a significant issue if being picked up by a bus from a named location. The pictures they send to identify the place need updating, as the signage outside is a little different now.

Great place, doesnt look like much from the outside, the rooms like back in a european-style inner courtyard and are great. Bare in mind, its not a hotel, its a home-stay and they'll send you codes to get in the door and to get your room key. Great location in the heart of the old quarter.
