Breakfast could be improved with higher quality and variety of food. The bathroom sometimes had an off-putting smell.

Excellent location and comfortable rooms. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Pool was nice but always busy. Nice countryside scenery and soundproofing in the rooms was superb. An abundance of free bikes is provided for you to use. Overall, it was very good value for money.

Services and facilities were above and beyond; absolutely exceptional. We felt very welcomed and comfortable. The front desk receptionists were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to facilitate.

Nothing! We just wished we would have been there earlier so the scenery around would be even better (when we arrived the rice paddy had been harvested)

We love our stay in Tam Coc! The place is cute and a bit hidden from the busy streets. The room is nice, the bed is really comfortable, the staff was really helpful and kind, we had all the facilities we need including the pool (even though it’s a but cold closer to night to swim). Breakfast was delicious. We used the bike on the two days we’re there. They also have one shared room + bathroom for guests that have checked out but waiting for their trains/bus, which is very convenient for us as our train was at midnight after a long day of going around the area.

Can't think of anything, everything was perfect.

Everything about this place was amazing. Staff was really kind and the property was just beautiful. Keep in mind that you won't get the lush green view from the rice paddies if you come soon after harvest season, but it's beautiful either way. Very decent breakfast. The restaurant was only ok, but worth it for the convenience. It's a bit distant from city centre but Grab is readily available in the area - highly recomend downloading the app before your trip, no need to book tours. They also have bikes for lending.

Absolutely the best experience of whole Vietnam. The most helpful and nicest people work here. We got help with motorcycle, tickets, night bus and medicine after I got sick. I can only recommend. Would definitely come back.

Very helpful staff. Arrived early than expected (3:30am) with night bus. The day before they already explained that there is a waiting room which was pretty handy considering the arrival time. Even got breakfast after that rough night. Location is idyllic, distance to center is walkable or easy via grab. Nice atmosphere also due to the staff. Would stay there again. It was probably most expensive accommodation we've had but value for money was good.

Staff at times seemed overly keen on selling some of their tours and they seem to be missing an experienced manager figure. Little details could make the hotel even better like hand soap in bathroom was from a cheap brand in a big plastic bottle that was completely different from the other toiletries provided. A hole in the bamboo wall filled with a napkin. I mean very small details but definitely preventable.

The location is beautiful and conveniently close to the city centre but also to the main attractions in Tam Coc. Staff is friendly and they helped us before our check in time as we arrived very early and also when we left with an early breakfast! Facilities are nice
