Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The hotel is great. Conveniently located close to the beach and nice restaurants. Staff is lovely and will help you with all your needs. The room is beautifully decorated and with all the amenities you need.

Breakfast was really good, but there was definitely more choice in the savory department. If you prefer a sweet breakfast, there is a more limited choice.
We were able to use the pool when checking in early. Location is close to the beach, with about 5 minutes walk. Room was clean and well maintained.

The bathroom is a little smelly at first but is acceptable.
It’s near the beach and there are many shops nearby (shampoo, massage, coffee shops, restaurants, local stands, grocery stores……) We can see the beach and sea from our room. The staffs are friendly.

The sea view was mostly the empty lot next door, not worth any extra cost.
The room was comfortable and the showers were hot. The breakfast was amazing.

The Glomad Hotel was such a great experience for our first stay in Danang (6 nights). The staff are super friendly and helpful, the rooms are cleaned properly, no issues with hot water or even water flow. We had a view over the street, not much to see due to the construction of the balcony but still quite cozy. I also recommend to take breakfast at Glomad, the food was really good, included rice, fresh and cooked veggies, spring rolls, dumplings, toasts, soups, eggs, and more. The hotel is really close to the beach, just one big road to cross if you worry about traffic in Vietnam :) There are small groceries nearby, as well as really nice places to eat. The rooms are air-conditioned, if you close the windows the area is pretty quiet. There is a small pool on the top floor, we tried it once, but not much fun - just okay. In general, the hotel met my expectations.

Very friendly attentive staff, awesome location close to the beach and city center. They have a wonderful breakfast buffet with Vietnamese cuisine, continents options and fruits.

Maybe the wet air in the room. The socks are not easy for drying aftet wash.
It is a clean place. The breakfast is amazing with fresh plants around. I love the smiling faces and friendly attitude of the staff.

There is a food vendor who rides a bike at all hours of the night with a pre recorded sound and it is heard all day, even at night. No way to avoid it since they drive up and down the hotel zone all day.
We stayed in the studio. Room and bathroom upstairs, kitchen and living space down stairs with a second bathroom. The room was clean and the towels were always nice white and clean. The staff there are excellent and help guide you with any questions you have. They also offer laundry service at a good price. The beach is a 2 minute walk. They lend you beach towels at the hotel. The breakfast was delicious with plenty to choose from. We would definitely stay there again.

The pool was not quite as described! Very small, indoor pool which didn’t look 100% clean.

The room was smaller than we expected but still nice.
This was the comfiest bed we slept in the whole time we were in Vietnam. It wasn't close to the city center but it was one block away from the beach and there were plenty of restaurants and mini marts on in the immediate area. The staff was very friendly and happy to help with anything we needed.

Everything perfect
Everything. Hotel rooms are big. I stayed in a junior suite. Everything as promised. Rooms super clean. I had an early flight out of Da nang. Lanh at reception made sure I had a light breakfast packed and ready for me at check out. As my mum who was traveling with me is diabetic, this kindness was absolutely appreciated. Thank you team Glomad, Danang. Will be returning here
