The room was clean and the recepcionist were very kind. They helped us with all our activities, renting a scooter, offering taxi etc. They also spoke good English. The bed was comfortable as well.

I loved staying here. The bed is super comfy. The staff are so kind and helpful. I arrived late and as a solo traveller, the man at the desk was more than happy to help me and take me to a place to buy a SIM for my phone. There is a nice pool, it wasn't that busy when I went but I was happy with that. The air con works perfectly. Also they provide the essentials - toothbrush, comb, ear buds, shampoo, body wash, toothpaste and even a disposable razor aha

Not a problem for me, but elderly and wheelchair assisted persons be aware that there are about 10 - 12 steps leading up to the lobby.

Right from the young enthusiastic lad at the reception who spoke English quite well, to the well-sized, clean and comfortable room, all was great. All the staff are friendly and helpful and the beds are cozy. Air-conditioning, plumbing and hot shower - all worked perfectly... And all this at a very reasonable rate.

The most outstanding feature of the Glomad was the personnel who went out of their way to help me - as they probably did with every guest. They also did it all with a smile. I have stayed in many hotels and, despite its small size, the Glomad staff offered five star service, the best of the best. In addition, the room was quiet and immaculately clean.

The actual seaside view wasn't as perfect as it looked on pics, even after confirming three times with them, the actual view was partial and facing some construction site.

Everything was perfect. From check in to check out all was good. Extremely clean and neat. They took good care of my baggage. Room size was good, modern and kept up very well

The hotel was nist perfect the room was very well maintained all latest appliances and very modern a true quality hotel. The staff were so welcoming and were rhere immediately if help was needed. If you visit da nang this is rhe hotel to stay. The breakfast also was top notch.

In a touristy spot so not many good authentic local food around (not their fault though).

Quaint hotel by the beach, clean & quiet with modern interiors. Some rooms are quite small but still comfy. Good breakfast and amenities within the building. The staff were extra helpful to accommodate our big group (9 guests), went an extra mile to help deliver the stuff that we absentmindedly left behind. Next time we'll have to stay longer.

When I check-out they asked me to wait to leave the hotel so they can check if the room is ok. This is a not common behavior in hotels and made me feel a bit uncomfortable.

The room is TOP, very comfortable bed , very clean , size is perfect fir for a family with 2 kids. We booked 2 br. Breakfast is one of the bed, they serve in very different kind of food based on VN cucine i love the bf here very much. The taste are very good, fresh. Staff are very very friendly, helpful.
