The room is not that soundproof, I could still hear people walking and talking from the hallway. And the breakfast is underwhelming at best.

The room is exceptionally clean and has a delightful fragrance, with a wonderful view of the beach. And, the employees are friendly and always ready to assist.

One point down for the horrible breakfast, probably the worse I've had out of the 8+ hotels we stayed at in Vietnam. Glomad needs to step it up. It lacks or choices, it's not at all international. Hated it personally

The street it was located on was rather dirty and noisy, but then again, that's just Vietnam in general. The rooms could do with better sound-proofing. I had to call reception at 11.30pm to ask them to tell the neighbouring guests to turn their tv down. The following morning, I was woken up at 5am by a street vendor going up and down the street announcing his wares via loudspeaker.

It was newly renovated, clean, comfortable, and I loved the modern hipster interior design and the generously-sized room, as well as its location 5 minutes' walk away from My Khe beach. Danang city centre is a short cab ride away as well. The street the hotel was on is filled with massage places, eateries, cafes and minimarts. Some might find that street a little too touristy and noisy. If a wander around doesn't turn up anything to your fancy, maybe order food delivery via the Grab app, and have your meal in peace, in your room, or on the outdoor deck on the 9th floor. The breakfast buffet presentation was beautiful. Having a live egg station would have been much appreciated.

The 1st breakfast we had the fresh juice bottles turned bad because they were left at room tem for awhile. The staffs immediately changed them after we notified. All good.

The hotel is 5 minutes from the beach. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and happy to help. The room was spacious, and there was a swimming pool with bar area on the 9th floor. Overall, it was a great place and good value for money

All 3 days Breakfast main dishes lack salt. The noodles, fried rice, veges, all tasted stale and tasteless. Lack salt and flavour. Please rectify that.

the breakfast situation was bad - we were told breakfast ran until 9:30 but on both mornings we came at 9:05 and basically everything had gone and the coffee had been left to go cold also. there was also hardly any variety. this meant we had to get breakfast elsewhere twice.

Our favorite stay in Vietnam so far and we’ve been here for 2 weeks traveling around! Most comfortable beds, amazing service, amazing location, beautiful terrace with a beautiful view but most importantly: SUCH lovely staff!!!!! We loved, loved, LOVED it here and will be coming back if we ever visit Danang again 🥰 oh and also: we just loved Danang

No shuttle transfer from/ to airport available unless written on booking.com, breakfast was poor, after 8h30 am almost nothing on the buffet.No bar open next to the swimming pool. Coffee and tea making facilities: nowhere to plug the kettle (on the floor or next to the bed)

Clean and nice room, forthcoming staff, very helpful. The breakfast is something to look forward to every morning, which varies everyday. The beach is five min within walking distance and the neighborhood is packed with Spas and restaurants. This is the place to stay when visiting Da Nang!

The room had ants in it. Lots of ants any open food they ate tiny ants, walking on Benchtops, The cupboards in the kitchen we’re hanging off. it looks like they have rushed to open after covid.

An absolute 10. Extremely fair price for a lovely room with all convenience (love the personal touch on bathroom amenity) and superb location just 5 minutes to the beach and not far at all from the center bridges. Even comes with a delight mini buffet breakfast! Staff was very professional, I felt cared and welcomed from check in to check out process. Definitely would recommend to my friends!!!
