This was our second time at The Myst. We love the room decor, and the staff is efficient and friendly. Rooftop pool has salty water and is great to relax. We will for sure come back again.

The air conditioning system is quite old and noisy. Would recommend to change including the change to EC fans for high energy savings.

Had some bad luck with a broken air conditioning but the hotel changed my room and settled the issue quite fast. Also they gave me a late checkout.

Amazing hotel, great pool and bar on rooftop, highlight the restaurant team, we had a friend ordered us food from outside and they put it onto a place presented to us and explained how to eat it, breakfast at the hotel was already perfect.

Gym was too small and stuffy. And I didnt like having to walk through the restaurant (when you are all sweaty) to and from the gym.

Staff were professional and attentive. Size of room was excellent. Breakfast was great as well. Lots of eateries and shopping around the area.

Beautiful hotel, Chinh made us very welcome, we were brought a fruit basket, afternoon tea snacks and then even a bottle of champagne for our last night in Vietnam all free of charge. Wonderful hotel beautiful pool and loved our jacuzzi in our room with beautiful scent of star jasmine! They even had spare togs in case forgotten I thought this was a lovely touch.

Globally, the stay here was super great: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ All employees could not be nicer, more polite and considerate. Overall services and the room are complete. Regarding foods, for what I used (room service and breakfast), it is very good, qualitative and quantitative, and diverse. The breakfast is impressive 🤯 Finally, the location is ideal and thank you all for that memorable stay. Special mention for the rooftop. It is marvellous and its team as well. The cocktails are also wonderful.

The breakfast was great! The rooms were just as pictured. The roof top bar and pool were perfect to relax at and the bar is open until 1am! Hotel is perfectly located in the city so it is still lively but quiet in the rooms. It is in a nice area as far as cleanliness and felt very safe walking around the area. Staff were very helpful and courteous. Definitely recommend staying here!

Elevator was broken the entire trip which led to sometimes having to wait 10-15 minutes. Rooms were a bit dated for price of a 5 star

Flaw part: the hotel seems to be renovated from an old one, so some equipments are not really new like bathroom fan and lamps and room cardhold(it fell down actually), also the aircon leak water on the floor at night. We also met one of the elevator malfunction haha(just unlucky maybe)

Special design atmosphere and very good service. Best part: Fantastic sky bar ,restaurant afternoon tea & breakfast.

The staff at reception seemed to be distracted and came across as unwelcoming. Shame as everything else about the hotel is so nice. We had a 4.30am check out to get an early flight and found staff asleep in the lobby. Not appreciated.

Beautifully styled hotel. The room was amazing with the balcony jacuzzi, super comfy bed and complimentary drinks. The breakfast was great and a lot better than most. Restaurant and bar staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Nothing really. There were two lifts and one was out of order for two days which made wait times long.

We loved the location and the luxe in this boutique hotel. They serve high tea feee of charge for all Guests every day and the pool is fab. But most of all the staff were incredible. Especially Phuc the doorman who managed to retrieve my husband’s lost spectacles and also got our airport car to arrive earlier when we realised we had miscalculated the time of our flight. Also Dung welcomed us, looked after us for our entire week’s stay and was delightful

Difficult to identify where the powerpoint was to make a cup a coffee.Need to alert guests as this can be annoying .

Exceptional staff hospitality and service. Very unique cool hotel with amazing restaurant ,rooftop bar and pool.We also really loved the interior design concept of keeping with the Vietnamese culture and history.A special thank you to Dung who went above and beyond for us always.

Room was very spacious and garden patio was nice to relax after a long day walking around in the city. A jacuzzi on the patio made it even better.

Perfect for leisure travelers ..we moved from a more business type hotel that had an unusable roofbar at night due to earbleed music volume but this Hotel was the perfect antidote. Chilled out roof bar ..beautiful decor , great pool . Balcony room was great. Service impeccable .
